Please reply: 😊 Can I take Vyvanse & Wellbutrin together? I currently take Vyvanse 30mg, lamotrigine 300mg, Trazadone 100mg, Beta blocker and Lexapro 10mg. I’ve experienced what I believe to be serotonin syndrome. I’ve spoken to my psych and all she did is increase my dosage of Vyvanse. I decided to go to my GP rather as I'm feeling hopeless. He has started weaning me off the Trazadone & lamotrigine. Today was day 2 and I'm really feeling agitated. He mentioned Vyvanse and Wellbutrin as an alternative. I would really like you opinion on meds I'm currently taking, interactions and I think I take too much meds. Feeling so hopefully, can anyone please weight in with your opinion and experiences with these meds

I started on 18 and I’m so insanely tired all day. I feel a bit better when it leaves my body in the evening and get no crash. Doubled the dose and got more tired, and I just wanna go to sleep. My head is so much quieter but I just can’t do anything than stare at a wall/TV or sleep all day. It’s effecting my private and work life. Is that normal?

only used tadalafil once, worked okay but gave me a backache (which I believe is a side effect) went back to trusty old sildenafil

Dr Kidd, thank you for the wealth of information you are providing here. Especially for us Aussies, where some meds are referred to as their alternative names. My question to you is about hypersexuality side-effects, how common is it? And when would one consider changing medication? I've been taking Dexamphetamine for about 1.5 years now, initially it was working wonders. But I've noticed that I still have some level of distractibility and increased hypersexuality during periods of high stress and anxiety and bad environments. I'm back on Setraline now to mange anxiety during a highly stressful period of my life, and it has helped. But I still find that Dexamphetamine is only effective in certain environments such as work and the library. So, it's a must to consider your working environment whenever using medication. I've taken up the guest bedroom as a study now, which is nice but still find myself getting distracted. I don't necessarily know if this is due to a tolerance to dexamphetamine or I still don't have enough dopamine despite being on stimulants. Factors such as sleep, diet and exercise do make a difference. But god-damn studying engineering and leading a university motorsport team makes this difficult. The next step for me is to seek Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. But it would be really nice to understand if a tolerance to dexamphetamine reduces dopamine production.

Although Agomelatine is supposed to not have negative side-effects of weight gain, it ironically did for me. Thats when I tried Setraline, which was a lot more affordable and effective. That being said, I was later diagnosed with ADHD so Agomelatine side-effects could have been exacerbated with my dopamine hunts in eating. I now take both Setraline and Dexamphetamine, which Im feeling it may need to be revised, but the next step before changing meds is seeking Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

I tried concerta and felt great first day, but had headache by the end pf afternoon. Then next week troed again and about the same time had even worse headache. I really want to be able to take it because it worked very well for me. Is having those headaches common? I did took extra care to eat and hydrate well.

Question. Ive just been diagnosed. My brain is already overstimulated so why would my dr have me on this as it is a stimulant. Wouldn't Prozac work better for adult adhd. Today was my first does and while I was able to get up and focus than usual, I still have all the noise in my head....like im overly stimulated. My brain won't calm down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I really want to be and feel better.

Just started off-label Ozempic for weight loss with the lowest dose (0.25mg). Would also have wanted Wegovy or Mounjaro but these are a factor 2 or 3 more expensive over here and insurance isn't paying (since its only for weight loss, the fact this will probably save healthcare bills in the future doesn't give me any credit for it..) Currently 234 lb and looking to get back to 180 lb for a healthy BMI for my length.

I am 78 take Cialis 2.5 the 5 mg lowered my Bp and gave me morning erections great but not necessary. I can't believe anyone would need more than 5 mg. The 2.5 mg helped reduce my need to pea at night from twice to once.The only side effect with 2.5 does is slight dry mouth in morning. Blood pressure is not a problem now that I take the 2.5mg every other day. Far better than Viagra especially if you have BPH. On occasions when sexually active I've found taking two of the 2,5 mg Cialis provides better results and less side effects than 50mg of Viagra. Food also made Viagra take hours before it worked. If your young 40-60 I'd recommend you use the lowest dose possible, as you age you can gradually increase the dose.

Ive been taking short acting Ritalin 10mg about 8-14 times a day....Thats when my diet and sleep is bad. For best resluts, avoiding refined sugar and junk food help me to reduce my ritalin intake to 60mg per day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening Eat clean sleep well, use less 😊

I have a lot of trouble eating in terms of the reduced appetite effect of taking Vyvanse. I've struggled with keeping an appetite my whole life (unrelated to body-image, so not an ED), especially when it comes to the fact that I often forget to eat, so it really has been troublesome with Vyvanse despite some of its helpful effects in managing my ADHD symptoms. Do you have more advice when it comes to this? It makes me gag at the thought of food and makes everything look unappealing... I know that eating helps improve the med's function, but that doesn't seem to be motivating enough for me. Setting alarms to eat is difficult because I never eat meals at the same time everyday (either due to waking up late, being busy, or just unmotivated to cook.) I would appreciate some tips on this (anyone with a similar experience please reply as well.) PS: Thanks for the informative video!

I always take a couple of Panadol with a glass of water prior to the viagra or other forms and that certainly solves the headache side effect for me .

10/20/24 I bought this at CVS pharmacy. I have yet to try it. I am also on Tadalafil. I take as many supplements as I can find that seem to work anything for an improvement.

my doctor prescribed 40mg for 5 days then increase to 80mg. i took 80mg today and i'm feeling a lot of pain in my testicles. i don't know what to do. it hurts a lot!!!!
