Welcome to In Harmony Arts and Wellness - At Home! Our mission is to promote mental and physical wellbeing by offering creative and convenient wellness experiences for the whole family. This channel offers short creative movement and meditation videos for parents and caregivers to realistically fit into your busy day - from meditating in your car while you are waiting for your child to finish their music class or sports practice, stretching with baby in a grown up and baby yoga flow, or a guided relaxation for sleep once the kids are in bed. These practices are for YOU to take care of yourself so you and your whole family can live more in harmony.

I love this flow! Using the intention to become more mindful of the space between poses helps me to focus on the changes in my body as I move through the poses and enjoy the process of movement rather than focus on landing the poses themselves. Lydia helps me dial into the journey that is yoga! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love all of your grown up and baby videos! I am doing them all again with my toddler. My daughter is older than your cute baby in the videos, but we are able to adapt to fit our needs. We still love peek a boo, she is just running around me while we do it. She also climbs all over me! Even if she goes off to play close by, I'm glad she is exposed to me doing yoga, so I can set an example for her. She loves doing yoga poses.
