Although it doesn't look so welcoming, I would definitely try herring because I know it's cultural importance in Germany. My wife wouldn't try it because she doesn't like fish, but I definitely will.

I have never had it that big or that way. We, my Grandfather, and I always had herring about 1 or 2 inches size in wine and onions and ate alongside with bread. We made our own as well. Bravo for giving it a try.

I really find these videos helpful and I Wally like the details you can give about the city keep working on it and one day you could be with lots of subscribers. Your really underrated. I have a tip if you make custom thumbnails then it can attract more people and if you make lots of little shorts of quick stuff people can find it very easily, good luck

I prefer potato pancaces just separately - made just from potatoes, flour, egg, garlic, pepper, marjoram and salt. It always smells so good that when you smell it you want it. And it tastes so goooooooooood!😍

my issue with pork knee at restaurants is that they never give you enough horse radish :D From home Im used to eating each bite with a lot of horseradish.

to eat smørrebrødwith your fingers are totlly aceptable.... the reason we use knife and fork is tha "højt belagt smørrebrød" , the ones that are really filled up with different toppings and garnishes can be hard to handle and get in your mouth in one go :)

A traditional Margherita pizza (named after the Italian queen of the same name) would also have basil on it, so the colors of the Margherita pizza would reflect those of the Italian flag - green, red and white. Looks yummy, though.

that breakfast was really meant to have bread with it, You normally put the liver pate on bread with bacon or mushrooms. (or beets or cucumber, if its cold). also the ham and "the other ham" - rullepølse (rolled sausage) - are meant to go on bread. nobody here eats any of that by itself.

I really want to hate you but I can't, the fishcake 'fiskefrikadelle' should really be eaten with lemon and some remoulade. I watch all your videos the one in Italy was brilliant, really loved that little pizzaria
