Minimal gains besides the noise, but I've seen a couple horsepower increase on the dyno on these with a pod and nothing else. But hot air would ruin that gain pretty quickly

I bought an aftermarket flex plate for a few hundred, then whatever labour costs, I had other stuff done at the same time so its hard to say.. but ide guess at another few hundred on top 🤙

Would u know what a squealing/wet rubber rubbing together coming from rear suspension noise would be? I'm thinking it's ball joint bushings as it's got new breaks and roters. Ford territory sz 11

@@RossHollandAU I’ve seen a few in my workshop over the years but never have I seen one with such a story behind it. The best I have seen in my shop is 320,000ks before it needed a strip down.

@@D3V1L0M3N to be fair it did all the km sitting at 110 km on pretty decent roads, im sure it went through wipers and the usual service items. I should know I serviced the thing since I was a teenager haha. It did need a water pump which I think I did mention im the video. Hard to believe but the old man did own it from new and ot got serviced without fail 🤙

Ah yea, was it a pilot car or something? That's the thing with these fords; engine usually outlives the rest of the car - especially the paint lol. But I reckon it's time that gets to them more than Ks. i.e. my BA only got 200,000 and alot of the parts made of plastic or rubber started to go. New hoses, radiator, etc and she's sweet 😀

Damn I’d love to do that. Can I ask what company he worked for? 800km, reckon that’s about Adelaide to Melbourne. 10-11 hour drive. All the B-doubles do that run. Then turn around and go back next day.

Gets me going till new one arrives ..works very well ..Ive seen guys make bushes for circuit racing from similar material ..using original metal components ....ordered a better than original one for mine ..
