I do believe that there is a link between Night Corp, Sandra Dorsett, the Peralez's, and Mr. Blue-Eyes... and that there is an AI manipulating everyone behind the scenes. Basically, a rogue AI is behind Night Corp and uses Mr. Blue-Eyes to have a physical presence in Night City, hence why he has constant, blue-eyes - he's a sock puppet for the AI. This makes sense if we consider that in Cyberpunk 2077, we are on the verge of the 5th Corporate War which Night Corp is manipulating. The rogue AI wants to, when everyone is focused on the war, to get access to the Relic program, BioTechnica's cloning programming, and Militech's storage programs. This would allow all of the Rogue AI's to, well.. it's going to be a bad day in Night City - and I have a feeling that Orion will be taking place during this time.

I actually think that the existence of Keanu Reeves in-universe can have a lore explanation in relation to Johnny. It is known that body mods allowing people to sculpt their appearance and voice into other people, even celebrities. This would actually allow both of Johnnies appearances to be canon, as his original appearance in the tabletop RPG’s can be his birth appearance while his Cyberpunk 2077 appearance can be a body-mod he got to emulate Keanu Reeves, because he was probably a fan of his. I think Adam Smasher may have known V and Jackie were there. He is unwavering in his loyalty, but during the Parade mission he also doubts and disregards Oda’s assessments of threats happening as V dispatches snipers and guards all around them. He truly has no care for any life, even his employers. He needed to be told and encouraged likely by payment to incite action.
