Its a real shame that they didnt actually finish jins story. I know people say it was done by the end of the game but I disagree. There was gonna be a 2nd invasion and the shogun was hunting him. No matter what the story is in the 2nd game will not be even close as interesting as jin on the run and trying to save his people.

Historically the samurai had honor mistaken for pride and pride destroys the best of us. Jin was willing to throw that away for the sake of Tsushima and its people and that's honorable, no matter what the shogun or Shimura said, that's bravery.

Jin is honestly my favourite video game protag at the moment. In a weird way, he embodies the very best of what the samurai were supposed to be, and an actual true believer in Bushido (unlike some of the samurai who show up from the mainland). In the end, Jin Sakai loves his home and everyone who lived there, and he would do anything to protect them. Which was the problem.
