I started building models in the early 70's with my Dad. I left the hobby for a (very) long time, but I came back to it so I can now share my mediocre builds.

A couple of updates and thanks for another shout out!
Update on the Evil Iron Trike for our club chapter build, and the two cars for the Saturday Night Short Track group build are in primer!

Every year our local IPMS chapter - www.ipmsniagarafrontier.com/ - has the Tony Bartozek's "I'm Not a Modeling Loser" challenge. Bring an un-started model to the May meeting and bring the completed model to the September meeting. My model is a 2023 re-issue of Revell's Evil Iron Trike. Nice detail work on that engine ! The coating under the chrome is a probably the lacquer base used in plating. Clever idea painting the tires ! 👍

Purple Power is great for taking off chrome -- that's what I: use. It's fast too LOL

Cool kit from Mark, awesome sign of Garlits, been to the museum several times, I still have the 71 dragster I built when I was a kid, always a big fan of Don's, and Love the neon sign, enjoy the 4th Tim, 🇺🇸✌️

Thanks for sharing. I thought I heard you say, you had a Wowstick. I too have one and LOVE IT. Great for drilling Plug Wires, Turnbuckle and just about Anything small. Love the Low controllable speed. I sent a Comment to Barbatos Rex to review it. I Believe it's a MUST HAVE tool. Oh, I Don't work for Wowstick. Lol
