@@tunesandtunes I’ve used 1g/2g and both hit badly but I do want to see what you used. I’ve had mine turbo’d now for 7 years and she’s a beast. Also got my 4g swapped 3000gt vr4 that I had daily’s for 4.5 years at 550whp. Phenomenal motors!

@@tunesandtunes it is a pretty straight forward swap Ross 9.0:1 Ross pistons Pauter X beam rods Knife edged OEM crankshaft Kelford 272's Ferrea valves BC Dual valve springs Morrison Fabs T3 manifold GTX3076R Transmission was a stock rebuild I did (Gonna go with a NEAT gearbox when they finally come out) All that in a 94 VR4 and everything is still there, AWD,AWS,ECS,Active Aero, full interior.

We actually keep balance shafts in all of our cars. It's not a popular choice, but we have not had any problems. Just gotta keep the oil off the belt and we use kevlar belts.

@@tunesandtunes been building these cars for over 2 decades, never had any problems without the balance shafts, keeping them I have lost 2 motors (split one completely around after it locked solid) and 3 belts (belts were on the mighty max's luckily non-interference), everyone has their own perspective, just remember they are spinning twice as fast as the crankshaft RPM.

Hahaha yeah this was back in February lol. We try to have a back log so we're not rushing to finish videos. It helps us make sure they make sense too. Also it's good to know the build is gonna have a happy ending before we start a series that might fail haha if that makes sense.

You're right, they are definitely quicker in the 1/4 mile! But a 16g street build, the manual is way more fun to drive around.

No it wasn't actually! The previous owner put the turbo version of the factory engine from a starion in it, but never finished it.
