Inspiring City is a street and urban art blog based in the East End of London. We interview artists, feature their work and try to give a platform for new and emerging street artists as well as helping you to learn more about the exciting street art scene.
Cbloxx brings back the heart of the Picts with epic mural in Aberdeen
Cbloxx is a muralist from Huddersfield whose work plays with ideas centring around community and history. Now painting as a solo artist, previously @cbloxx has created work as one half of the street art duo 'Nomad Clan'. Their mural in Aberdeen for the Nuart festival was a stand out. On the back of the old John Lewis it shows a face emerging out of rock. It is a piece that references the collective memory of our ancestors. A reminder that we are all the product of those who have gone before.
