Thanks so much. Great trails!
Thanks so much! Great trail.
Thanks Kevin and Teena! WaHOO!!! 🎉🎉
Rode Hell Hole last weekend.... this trail is awesome. should be even better if we ever get some weather on it.
Kevin, you guys are awesome! Thanks for all your time and efforts put into making Southern Utah a better place to ride.
Hopefully it's snow free in a few weeks and I'll help pack it down! Cheers to trails!
Great Job TASU!
Thanks for putting in the work! Love to see new trail centers going in. Black & double Black trails are under represented in my opinion so I'm stoked to check out the Hell Hole.
Trail looks great! Can't wait to give it a go soon. Thanks all the work that went into it and all the other trails in Southern Utah!
🔥🔥
Pretty good stuff. Parking isn’t sufficient though.
St.G just keeps getting better and better
Awesome. thank you thank you thank you for all the work you've put in :)
Thanks for the video. Are e-bikes allowed on these trails?
I ran across your video by accident. I am just now purchasing a GIANT XTC Advanced SL 29-1 from Rapid Cycles, St. George. There were only two places in the USA that that model. At age 76, I now ride HTMBs, but with my old Cannondale F600 I can't keep up in group rides. It weighs 28 lbs and is geared for mountains. So I need a lighter bike, and we (Rapid Cycles) is going to change the gear ratios around for flat terrain and also change out the tires for asphalt. Lets see how it goes.
Looks rad. You guys have been killing it. Thanks for the pin drop. I'll be checking it out tomorrow. 👍👍
There’s. Link in the description to a hi res pdf.
you need to add a decent map to access the trails. Drove up on Sat. there are no signs and very hard to tell where the trail head is. love to ride but where is it?
Start here: 37°13'52.9"N 113°33'51.9"W map is in the description. I had trouble finding it until I put in the coordinates. May or may not get service up there so punch the coordinates in before.
On trail design, do you take into account on how you extract an hurt rider?
I've heard they use giant forceps, which pretty much work on any trail design
Nice work.
Ha ha, he said downhill loops. Magical.
Hi is this open daily?
Yes! The West Side trails (those in the video) are open. East side trails are still under construction
Where are these located , are they on trail maps yet?
Search for Revenant Trail Venter on TrailForks. Or, from downtown St. George, head about 10 miles on Hwy 91 past the Gunlock turnoff. The entrance is on the right just past mile marker 7
@@mtbcoachandy Thank you!
Was a really fun day! Thanks for putting it all together.
Looks pretty cool...can't wait to try it out! When do you expect the black and double black trails to be open?
One black flow trail is open! The second should be by end of May. The long DH trail will be built this fall
Finally some good flow trails in SU!
This looks good!
How do you get ahold of Surface Trails? None of their emails work...can't wait to ride this trail, beautiful work!
Just sent this to my wife. She’s going to love it!
Looks great! Hopefully you can stay ahead of erosion issues as time goes on.
Looks like good dirt out there, any plans for advanced jump trails? If so I'd love to be involved with that.
There’ll be 2 black trails and a shuttle DH trail with double black options!
Is this on TrailForks yet?
Not Yet! Opens on 4/13/24
You guys are the real heroes!
Can you post the exact location of this trailhead?
Sounds amazing! I can’t wait to ride. I’m just wondering the new trails are on BLM land? The reason is because I just got done watching the Southern Nevada Trail Alliance and BLM say that we need to stop building unsanctioned trails but we can’t build any sanctioned trails without multi year impact studies. How do you guys get around this?
The Revenant Trail is on BLM land, and we are following their process. NEPA is a law they must follow as well as archaeology surveys etc. Though this trail center might seem to be popping up overnight, we’ve been working on this since 2016! Hence the name ‘Revenant’, meaning something brought back from the dead. We are also about to restart a trail project on Forest lands that we’ve been working on since 2018. Its is hard, but that is the process if you want great trails. Be diplomatic and tenacious. Good luck.
So awesome! How does one volunteer to help with trail work? I'm not on Instagram.
You can visit our website and sign up on our email list! www.tasutah(dot)org. Thx!
Man that area at 5:00 looks sick can’t wait
what is the hopeful open date?
because I will be there that day.
We’re aiming to open the 3 west side trails in April!
These are going to be great. So excited. One suggestion: can we consider different names? We already have a Hellhole trail in Ivins (hiking) and a Purgatory trail by Leeds. Thanks for all you guys do.
These are BLM’s decisions. We’re hoping to influence them…time will tell!
Can't wait for this to open. My KTM 350 SX-F is made for this terrain. Great job guys!
This is a great addition to our trails. Thank you TASU, Kevin and team, for seeing this amazing opportunity
I miss More Cowbell and Prospector.
So sick. Can't wait for these trails. 👍👍👍
That drop into Purgatory looks amazing! Can't wait!
Looks so awesome! Thanks for all the work pulling this one together!
Hell yea 😎
so excited!!
This trail concept gives me insane butterflies, I've thought this is exactly what st george needs since riding fruit loops up north. Living in santa clara is just the cherry on top location-wise, but please make sure there are few to none flat turns that make you slam on the breaks so you dont ride into the sagebrush. Even just a little berm on those turns will take this trail network above and beyond most st george trails.
How far from cedar City is this?
About an hour and a half drive
