Pretty accurate description of Santa Cruz. Some more tips from a beginner who surfs there often: Cowells is great but gets super crowded when it’s good (which is not often. Definitely need the Surfline cam for cowells if you don’t live nearby because Surfline will say poor 0-1 ft all the time even when it’s surfable) Capitola is less crowded and that’s the benefit. Plus if you’re a real real beginner it has a little mini break right where you get in separate from the slightly bigger wave a bit further out. Only correction I’d make is that Capitola looks sandy but there are tons of rocks, so be careful about jumping off at the end of a wave. I’ve messed up my feet/ankles on rocks doing that.

For people that say you can do it with regular 360 camera, its very different from stereoscopic 3D 180 degree camera system, it's a much complex camera rig The difference is one is a flat video sphere and one has has real depth perception so you can feel someone is literaly Infront of you

You can do this already with a 360 camera but i guess what you’re saying is people might be more interested in that type of content now that the vision pro is out

Interesting. When I had the demo in the Apple Store, that's what the guy kept saying "and now you can return to that moment"...which took me a moment to understand, but then it clicked - because it places you in the scene

you can just film it using a 360 camera. It would do a much better job
