Ciao, v12 coil for v 340 is the best forn more deep and more coins. 🎉🎉🎉
Half dime?
We think so. Yes.
Great video. Simple, straightforward, no bullshit about adjusting this and adjusting that .. .. blah blah blah nonsense .. just dig the bleep man! . 👍👌
Good video. Straightforward and uncomplicated. Well done
super cool collectible
I agree. I wonder what @5280adventures is going to do with it. :D
Great find!
Nice hunts and finds! Love Tony's medal!
Great video Michael. Love finding the old stuff and then doing the research to figure out what it exactly was. I’m so glad that I could share the day with you.
Thank you for always being willing to drive out to the middle of nowhere with me to dig holes in the ground!
Nice hunt yall !
Great finds guys!
That coin is in great shape
One good thing about Colorado is the soil. I have detected in other states and the soil can turn to concrete on older coins.
Nice coin!
Nice digs
I have the same machine it loves aluminum and it loves to give good signals on deep iron. But i am still learning it
Agreed. It loves aluminum. But it's pretty good with bottle caps. A great machine for beginners for sure
That was fun. Thanks for not doubting my sites. Just being there and experiencing an old find was a hoot. Not to mention what you taught me about my own machine(Garrett). Dave
Thanks for being so helpful. I’ve been wanting to try to figure out how to use the atlasesand find houses. Thanks.
Good video but I wish Google would do Street views on dirt roads only paved roads you can get
Great info ! Thanks
Glad it was helpful!

Great video. I use Historical Aerials all the time along with Historic Mapworks. Just watch you guys on Relics Radio. Great show. I'm from Chicagoland area. Been down to Southern Illinois hunting with Matt/ Ski Searcher a few times. What a great guy. I plan on going back down soon. Matt knows his stuff. New subscriber. Looking forward to your video adventures.
Some of the coolest finds - Way to uncover history!!! Keep digging you guys.
For years I passed by Malaby's and have always wondered about that place - funny how your mind wanders. I stumbled onto your channel and Liked/Subscribed. You have a unique way of Vlogging. Thanks for the back stories in the videos, it makes it so much more pleasurable to watch. Keep them coming. I got more into metal detecting / treasure hunting only after I left Colorado 10 years ago, but being a local photographer there for 30 years, have always been fascinated about the history of the West, specifically Colorado (as I lived there). I'll be back in town this summer for a week, and hope to get up to Cheyenne as well for some light treasure hunting. It is always great to get permission - awesome finds. Although I miss Colorado, and all the history there, I'm now, hunting on the beaches of South Florida and have my YT channel for my adventures. Sure, the beaches are fun, and filled with visitor drops, but I'm personally more excited to live near the Treasure Coast. I'll be hunting along the beaches up there for Ship Wreck treasures. I'll also be heading to some of the oldest towns in the South and will look for Civil War and even earlier Settler Treasures. Who knows... so much to discover. Anyway, keep the videos coming. I'll be watching.
Finding silver never gets old.
nice hunt ! hopin to get some silver today myself !
Good luck and if you do, share it! facebook.com/share/MetalDetectingNoCoFB/
Loved this!
Thank you, Genevieve! ❤️
Nice to find the stone to the jewelry piece - I always wondered if folks tossed the jewelry away because the stone fell out, but I guess not. Also, do you ever find 1943 pennies, basically galvanized steel? They were made in large quantities, so it seems like any place you find numbers of early 1940s Wheaties there should be some -- the treasury eventually took them out of circulation since people confused them with dimes, but I remember them circulating well into the 1950s when I was a kid.
I have never found a steel penny. I wonder how they sound on the machine. Seems like they would be easy to pick out. I don't think anyone from the crew has ever found one either. I used to have some when I was little.
Glad you found some silver! Good video! ♥️
Nice hunt!
Thank you. It was a great couple days with nice weather and a nice homeowner.
Nice digs!
You've found alot of Beautiful Rings Silver Coins and Relics. Loved them all. How long have you been detecting. 16 years for me. Congrats on all your finds. Take Care
About a year and a half. I've had some pretty good luck. Start it out at parks but worked my way up to knocking on doors and getting some historical properties. Thanks for watching!
😅 good times 🏴☠️
👵👏 👵👏👵👏🤙🏴☠️ congrats Jeff 😅
"a gun" "A gun with a knife in it" 😅
Really? Looked like such an interesting video but we had to add the filthy language? Come on.
I know, the word 'dirt' is so upsetting and filthy, I just can't
lol Merica 🇺🇸🤙🤠🏴☠️
Historical? Lol your grandaddy came to Northern Mexico and invaded our land😂, nothing historical about white people invading us.
I wonder if the "machete" is an old sugar beet knife.
That's certainly a possibility given how close the sugar beet factory is to the property.
The large metal item appears to be a brush hook Kind of a heavy duty machete
Thank you! So NOT grandma's shank?
Awesome too see more metal detecting vids in North Colorado area! Checkout the Franktown location. Tons of Wells Fargo trails, and military station locations.
Very nice vid! Super job on the editing and I like the way you mixed in a couple relic research bits. Seriously... good job putting this video together.... I know it takes time and effort... job very well done! And... it looks like you guys had a fun day too!🙂
This is one of the kindest comments I've ever received. It's clear that you have also done some video editing. While the viewer only sees 10-20 minutes, they don't get to see the countless hours of digging trash, writing scripts, doing research, finding the right music, editing ...and then finally.... uploading the final cut. It's a lot of work, but I love it. And yes, it's always fun getting out with the guys and playing in the dirt. 💪🤠🤳
And if anyone is interested, Jeff also found Grandma's BROOCH! th-cam.com/users/shortsu_22TVckqDQ?feature=share
a delicious bass and Grandmas 👵 Shank 😂 ! my favorite was Jeff’s Duffy bottle !!! 🫡🏴☠️🤙🤠
Soda and bass. Breakfast of champions! 🤣
Duffy's!!! Duff Clan represent.
I like the minelab vanquish 440 and Garrett ace 250
Dear Sir, Do you want to take 50% of the treasure at home? For that, just send me the metal detector because there are many hidden treasures in Pakistan, but I don't have the metal detector. Send me the metal detector and I will pay for it. And I will also give half of the share. You can send your address and bank account. Thank you.
The vanquish is a helluva deal for what you get. I have the 440. My only wish is that I would have. Backlit display. The 540 does.
New subscriber great advice you have to know your machine then the skies the limit as to what you can find 👍
I kinda agree, but also dont, you waited till the end to say reputable, you definitely don't want an Amazon special that doesn't even have a brand name And even if you get a reputable but cheap machine, it works, but in my opinion it's kinda boring, I started with the simplex plus, within months I wanted a more advanced machine and got the legend, kinda wish I saved the money and never got the simplex in the first place So over all, if money is no issue, I suggest a legend or equinox
I agree about not buying from Amazon. I made a video about that a while back. th-cam.com/video/xBsCwei-E8c/w-d-xo.html Another reason not to spend too much money is that most beginners give up very quickly. I recommend mastering a lower-end machine. Beginners can always upgrade later .
find some one who got frustrated. and sold it cheap. 👍👍👍. look around.
I just purchased about 1100 dollars worth of metal detecting equipment for 400. The guy went out one time and gave up.
@@user-gl8jm6qt2l saw a equinox 900. for. $400. on offer up. they give up easy. ??? its a lot of fun. if it was local i would own the 900. sell my 700. have a good day.
i found the V12 coil for $89 plus shipping (used ebay). and the cover. $10.
minelab exterra voyager. ,i got my. 340. for $60 off craigslist. he was frustrated with it.
