MHA's ending is not bad. Deku saved Japan if not the whole WORLD, and he became the GREATEST hero in HISTORY, and changed the hero industry and civilians for the better. Deku wanted to be a hero so he can inspire people the same way All Might inspired him, he did not do it for the external rewards or for btches. He is the embodiment of a true hero: someone willing to sacrifice his own happiness for someone in need. And in the end, he found happiness by being a hero another way, which was the entire point of his character arc, to broaden the definition of a hero. He literally works at U.A as a Hero Course teacher to teach the next generation to become heroes, and he cant talk to his friends as much because their breaks don't coincide as often as their meetings in U.A because they are now ADULTS and life is HARD in ADULTHOOD, and plus, Deku is a teacher in the most prestigious hero academies in all of Japan if not the planet, and Japan's teachers are more respected than America's teachers. His friends are pro heroes too, so makes sense why Deku couldn't meet them as often. All Might, Shields(Melissa and David) Deku's friends, and EVEN Bakugo spent 6 YEARS worth of their SAVINGS and RESOURCES to help Deku get the strongest hero suit in MHA's existence so Deku could continue being a hero. And before you say "BuT iT tOOk SiX yeArs" It's a battle suit no sht it takes a long time to develop, and the time skip was from his chat with Ochako which included his last 3 years in UA, so it probably took at most 6. And again, before you say "BuT thE gOVerNmEnt AnD tHE cItIZeNs CouLD hAvE HELped" Japan has been through a war, so it's understandable they aren't going to give resources out willy nilly, even to people like Deku. Although he was incredibly instrumental in the war, he wasn't the only hero who needs assistance, let alone only citizen. If you payed attention in the Final War Arc in the fight between All Might with his iron suit and All For One, All Might's iron suit was stronger than his prime form, so basically the suit Deku got is probably stronger than his prime form. Some other things I wanna add is that there is a statue of Class 1-A in the final chapter, so Deku is probably there too, so Deku got his own statue with his friends. Lastly, Ochako has Deku's mask on her neck in the final chapter, so they probably got together, even if they didn't, they are still friends.

*cracks fingers* ahhhhhh totk.... I've been seeing a lot of videos lately about totk. Speaking about how it's not a good sequel. It's just more botw. But honestly... I would have to disagree. I have played n beat botw 3 or 4 times. I have only played n beat totk once at this point. I'm currently replaying breath of the wild right now. Because I craved that botw experience n not that totk experience. Botw is a lot more likeeee simple??? 🤔🤔 and straight forward. It's a lot more basic of an experience than totk. I craved it's simplicity. The bombs you get from the sheikah slate. All those abilities i craved to use them. The regular elemental arrows instead of attaching x y or z onto an arrow. The way puzzles were completed. The way shrines were completed. Breath of the wild is much moreeee like there's a specific way to do things even though you have the freedom of attacking the Devine beats in any order you want to. Totk on the other hand. Fucking loved that game so God damn much. That was hands down one of my favorite first time experiences playing a game. It made me happy that I was 23 when the game came out because I was old enough to understand and appreciate how good the game was. Totk gives gives you so much creativity. And I loved those dungeons. The fuckin watter temple in the sky swimming up that waterfall for the first time opening the paraglider... it was beautiful. The fire dungeon underground. I fuckin loved it. I disagree that totk is "just more botw" because it isn't. And all this shit talking about totk is honestly making me wanna go back n replay the game in the middle of my botw playthrough.

You've perfectly described my feelings about the game. I've finished it after months of struggle and with 171 hours on game timer, I feel like at least half of this time is just wasted on filler stuff. A shame, because there are so many great moments in this game. If I knew, I wouldn't bother to even touch optional activities...

They gave you more for less previously. It's like one step forward in graphics and two steps back in terms of all the things they take away from you price and disc drive. I like buying multiplayer digitally and single player physically so I would like the option of both. If Sony had made the console without taking away previous features I'd of been interested in trading in my ps5 for the pro version but now I'm not interested at all. I'm also curious if it'll run faster, load up quicker and download games quicker which seems to be the case. Also don't forget astrobot! That's an exclusive.

It’s pretty clear what’s happening. The PS5 is expensive to make. Sony isn’t making much profit on the hardware and it isn’t getting much cheaper to make. Meanwhile the console market is not growing. The PS2 sold more units than the PS4. And half of PS4 players haven’t upgraded to PS5. So to sell more consoles Sony has to sell to existing PS5 players. And selling the PS5 Pro to existing PS5 owners at a loss doesn’t make any business sense. So they are trying to sell the PS5 Pro at a healthy profit. Too bad it’s terrible value being such a small upgrade.

The story is fine (except for that cop out ending). The real issue is the presentation, and the fact that npcs don’t learn information along with you because Link is a mute when it matters

This game is so divisive because of how much it actually added onto Breath of the Wild. Some Breath of the Wild fans and feel slighted because they were promised a game that would blow Breath of the Wild out of the water, when in reality they got "glorified DLC" for $70. Others see Tears of the Kingdom as so much of an upgrade that it can serve as a replacement. People who never played Breath of the Wild are the only winners in this situation, since they basically get to play a remixed and expanded version of that game without the feeling of déjà vu that drags the game down. Your mileage of this game comes from whether or not you think Nintendo added enough content to justify buying a $70 Switch game.

*TECHNICALLY,* this is the darkest Zelda game of all time... if you're in the Depths.

I would go a step further and argue that TOTK was the originally intended end product of BOTW. BOTW felt unfinished, and they capitalized on that bareness by making it part of the aesthetic but my guess is development fell behind, and pivoted to a lesser end product to avoid extending the release date. Too many pre orders means too many angry customers if dev takes another year. TOTK was not the lie, BOTW was

I wouldnt say essentially the same game. But they did not change enough to warrant full game price. This is a dlc if anything. Im a pretty big fan of the game and the rest of the series, but this wasnt like oot to mm, where it changed everything exept assests, this more so added a few layres to breath of the wild. I really dont think i should have paid what i did for this game. If breath of the wild didnt exist it would be fine. We dont live in that world though.

For your spidey 2 reasons for why it’s bad. I gotta say I don’t agree. If what they showed us you felt was good but you just wanted more then I feel by that logic it’s good. Like a 7/10 solid but not perfect. Pete did have the symbiote for 3 days but let’s remember he constantly has it on even when the suits off he’s still wearing it. Plus it wants to bond to a suitable host and wants it to be Pete. For example spectacular spidey when he first had the suit in a few hours is totally ok with keeping the suit. Already showing the symbiote’s influence. Also I believe spectacular spidey only has the black suit for maybe 4 days. I’ll be fair we don’t know what happens off screen but what we’re seeing on screen he’s only had it on for 4 days and then he takes it off.

Never once had to blow into an N64 cartridge. That was an NES thing. Even the SNES never needed that.

Clarification: Nintendo absolutely _never_ promised the "darkest game" or even a specifically "dark game". That misunderstanding comes from an IGN interview when the reveal came out. The interviewer made a comparison to MM as a darker sequel, Aonuma only said the trailer looked darker than what we had seen before but he couldn't say how it would turn out in the actual game. They never ever alluded to the tone of the game, that was 100% on fans and media speculating. With the few trailers we got in the following years, it was clear that at the very least there would be more of a contrast, as Zelda usually does, between brighter and darker moments. It's pretty sad to see people still disappointed nowadays for a misconception that people have kept spreading without checking, or just because it's more engaging to go for extremes. Korok seeds and the surface did have more changes than what you seem to imply, personally it was remixed enough to justify revisiting from a new angle and with new abilities. But overall I completely share your feelings about the experience. TOTK received a lot of effort but it was spread too thin on a massive scope that could have used more focus. Sky islands way undercooked, depths way too shallow, temples aesthetically great but puzzles are shallow, story telling is completely undermined by forcing itself into a structure that was only meant for BOTW. Can't wait to see the next direction with a new setting on new hardware.
