the first one is a LAMY pen… normally priced at 36-50$. you need the ink cartridges which i think are 12 dollars for 4… idk i haven’t bought them in a while but it s a very nice pen. if you take off the cap, grab the grip, and twist, it should come off and then you can put the ink cartridge in. you have to push it down a bit until you hear a pop. squeeze the ink cartridge to prime it and then screw the end back on. then you have a working pen.

You should open the bottom of the pen it will have a place for a cartridge or for ink which is supposed to be filled Hope it helps

Why don’t you just start with the good ones and then at the end give a list of ones you don’t recommend it’s annoying.

I feel like this is cheaper than Heidelberg, Germany😂 Security deposit is about 2-3 month rent in Thailand, USA, Germany. Renter's insurance is also common in USA. They call it liability insurance in Germany. Guarantor is pretty odd, but maybe you can offer to pay a higher deposit? And who do you expect to pay the electricity for you?😂

Oh Dear. 1) Learn to hold a camera, even a phone camera. I was seasick the entire time ! 2) The east of Paris is not "sketchy", it's just "not white" and "not expensive" and it is more "working class"... Not saying you're a racist, but it is a racist thing to say. If you prefer paying huge amounts of money for groceries living inside of Paris rather than living close by in a nice neighborhood with a much more affordable shopping area and a bigger place, well, suit yourself... 3) If your priorities are a cheap place (less than 1500 euros), it cannot ALSO be big, and ALSO be in the city. That's for everywhere, not just Paris. How entitled ! You've been to other cities, what did you think would happen here ? You learned that, obviously, because you've shown us places that were outside of Paris the whole time.

I have a tip for you guys using Le bon coin. You can use keyword "NOT" to hide things you don't want to see. For your example, if you don't want to see Pandaloc announces you would type in "Appartement blahblahblah NOT pandaloc". It should make all the pandaloc announces disappear and ease your search. :) For exemple I was looking for a bedframe and all the kid bedframes made me loose so much time so I search "lit NOT enfant" and it saved me a lot of scrolling!

Am I the only person who feels it's ridiculous to have the TV mounted to the wall six feet off the ground, so that you have to flip your head back to watch it, thereby getting a crick in your neck? Is it really so difficult to position a TV at eye level? (P.S. All of those apartments are crap. It would be better to move to a small town in the middle of France. I lived in Paris for a year, occupying a space smaller than my father's shed. Never again.)

actually apples are mentioned in the Bible!!!!! although both common mentions of the apples in the Bible don’t actually mention apples (the term “apple of my eye” is something else in the Hebrew) the Hebrew word "tappuach" is usually translated as apple and is seen in verses like Proverbs 25:11, Joel 1:12, and several times in the Song of Songs :) just discovered your channel through this video and you seem like superrrrr underrated!!!!!
