Smoked Stuffed Cheese Hamburger on Traeger
Real easy meal for just about any event and I'm sure everyone will say your the master at the grill after this! Stuffed cheese hamburgers!! Its truly amazing!
Simply just get some ground beef and flatten it out. Stuff any cheese you would like inside. *be mindful that some cheeses can be more runny than others* I choose smoked gouda because I knew it would hold together nicely but also melt in the mouth! Lastly just season your meat with anything you have or just enjoy it as it is!
Now just throw it on the grill and what I like to do is slow cook so that the cheese will slowly cook and bind to the meat a little better, the faster you cook the higher chance the meat will crack open and the cheese will run out. I keep my temp at around 225-250 until internal temp is around 150. Thats when I crank up the heat to around 300-350 and throw cheese on top of whatever meat is not stuffed with cheese and throw my buns on the grill. after about 5-10 mins it should be all done!
Other then that that's it! enjoy your meal and go check out my other videos! hope you all enjoyed! Now get to cookin!
