Weekly care has gotten me this far but I think ima start leaving the protective style in longer and just washing it in that protective style like your saying here! I just did my yearly straightening so next wash day this is when ima start until next year, also ima start to cut the shed out cause I definitely be pulling it out lol!

Truthfully this is nothing new 42 years I've been taking the steps to divide my hair into sections caring for each piece at one time as well as properly washing my hair and giving it the time that I give my body if not longer to treat my hair from the scalp to the ends of my hair but I guess this video will be good for people who need to learn how to give their hair the proper time that they give their body and their health in order to have long lasting hair but just so you know you can also benefit on the hair side if you don't leave hairstyles in for long periods of time giving the hair the issue to where it wants to not up where you have to put conditioner in order to detangling with your fingers because leaving a hairstyle in for quite a bit of time will cause damage regardless if Conditioner helps you be able to detangle it with your fingers

I love you yes your my natural daughter❤❤❤ why are my ends always thin. I trim them after a few months they are right back thin again. I go o. Dates with my hair yess . I take my time. I loosely braid scalp then twist to the end. I leave in about 4 to 6 weeks. But I'm not seeing any growth. It seems like I'm always at the same length. I need help. What am I not doing.
