The OpenPAYGO Pass is the most recent advancement in development from SolarisLab in partnership with EnAccess, seamlessly integrating into the OpenPAYGO Suite of technologies helping the solar industry move closer to achieving SDG goal 7 of providing widespread access to clean and affordable energy.
Central to this project is its capacity to enable bi-directional data flows within Paygo initiatives, thereby enhancing project performance monitoring, particularly in Results-Based Financing (RBF) schemes. Learn more about the OpenPAYGO Pass enaccess.org/materials/openpaygo-pass/

I had plans to design a BMS exactly to your specs, but around NXP MC33771 battery controller. It can be stacked in series using Ethernet transformers to isolate the modules.
