I live in Perth and your channel is my comfort channel :) Never miss your videos. You are so real talking about your skin, I feel you so much. I never had typical teenage acne but adult acne hit me hard! Thank you for being so real and YES acne and mental health is such a thing! I can be so fine and go about my day and then I just have to look in the mirror or be in certain lighting and my whole mood just turns and I just don't want to leave my house or do anything. I was in Melbourne in May with my family and all I could think about was my skin. My family thought I was so dramatic but it honestly ruined my trip with the anxiety it caused and I was so beyond self conscious. When I got home I bit the bullet and went to the doctor (I feel like they are so limited to what they can prescribe you with here without seeing a derm) I was given antibiotics and gels but they never worked. Thanks to TikTok I found out about my saving grace Tretinoin. I was nervous to ask my doctor about it because they never mentioned it but I asked and got on it. I was nervous if my skin would purge or get worse before it did better. Honestly it saved my skin, I know you mentioned you have dermatitis and Tret is strong. I peeled for a bit and looked wild lol, but in the end so worth it. A holistic option that helped me also was bone broth first thing in the morning. I drink the one from Woolies. It's kinda gross to think about but i'd drink anything if it cleared my skin up. I'm sure you know about these because we acne girls try every remedy known on earth and don't get me started on the money, time, and effort we put in. Not as simple as clean eating and drinking water as they say to us. Sorry for the long comment, but I feel you acne sucks but I know your skin will clear up babe. A split system doesn't mean heat and cold it's the motor outside and a unit inside. You want reverse cycle which is both heat and cooling. Cheaper to run for heating but beware of cost for cooling. Ceiling fans should be a consideration and also learning how to keep your place cooler in summer. Enjoy your stay.
