Don't Crash! | Road Hazards to watch out for as a Motorcyclist
What to do when encountering hazards is not always clear for everyone. In this video I try to explain this in a fun way.

I dont wave unless waved to. Even then most of the time i'll give a nod. I ride to ride.. not to be noticed by every dickhead on 2 wheels. My passion for this shit goes so much fucking deeper than being recognized at a biker lol.
You aint shit hop off that piece
Not to mention your passion for bikes can’t even hold a fucking candle to the love I have for this shit. You don’t know fuck all about what passion for a real bike is. Learn to ride.
👍
low bones
They hate us cause the aint us.
Biker stereotype: every biker knows every biker Cops: But every biker *does* know every biker...
Is not that we know each other but we respect each other and know about the danger we maybe have to face some day. It’s more a type of „drive save“ and we stand together if shit happens thing
New subscriber , really liking your videos just found the channel today , keep it up ! 👍
Thanks!
Beacuse waving at everyone on a bike is lame af 😂 just ride bro this isn't a guild haha
It's a simple sign of respect, do it or don't but it's in no way "lame"
@rogue-og it's lame af when you've got years of seat time it's no longer new to you but then some kid posts a video questioning why I didn't wave back like it's a requirement to ride 😂
Cause you the typa guy to burn 50 calories lifting your hand up to throw 3 fingers across
I don't wave when crossing an intersection. Seen people crash while doing it...
That's a mt07 it's no scooter
Big bikes always wave, we just dont wave at scooters thats all
why?, maYBE ON A SPORT BIKE WHERE THE FAIRING CREATE A BIT OF DOWNFORCE
I know, but I just like the way it looks :)
Speed camera sensors.....
Not in Belgium at least, these are detection loops that regulate the traffic lights :)
I did the drilled exhaust trick on my MT07 and I'm happy with it. I drilled three holes under the exhaust port/exit and one underneath. It adds more bass and general thudding power to the sound without being extremely loud. My wife would despise a loud exhaust and I actually agree with her anyway. I got the bike almost entirely for little local two up adventures anyway so her comfort is a priority. But I did like the idea of a generally nicer sound and it gave me the results I hoped for.
If it annoys you.. then the problem is you not other who use the road, bus, truck, car slow or fast... . What ever you use fast or slow or ordinary... . Its realy you 100% the problem is you.. blame your self and have discipline dude
So you're ok with people just violating traffic law? Yes, cyclists on the road next to a bike path annoys me
@@Riders_Pulse traffic violator cyclists is always bad.. . Are cyclists doing traffic violations always, all youv seen along the roads.. Anyways i advise you the righ manners with them or how to deal traffic violator cyclists. You need to educate them you can confront them if you realy want to confront than educating... you body you descisions.. consequences is not for me.. hmmmm Whats the story my friend?
All the cons are typical naked bike in this class. For naked street fighters, I had both z650 and MT07 and can honestly say that the MT07 is far better except comfort. The suspension can sort of be fixed with different fork oil (check Dave Moss) This is a street fighter, nothing else. If you want to go touring, go for tracer 700, off roading, tenere 700. Idk, it feels like you just made cons just for sake of it because all these cons are more to this class and not specific to MT07. No bike is perfect, but for cheap commuting to work and doing some wheelies, this is one of the best options. Change the exhaust and you have the best sounding p2 out there. I´m going to keep my MT07 as a second bike for a looong time and everyone that borrows it gets back with a smile. CBR650 is perhaps a better option, but my body could not feel comfortable on it.
Its mad isnt it. Its not like the pay road tax have insurance or contribute anything to the roads
dat is gwn zo lmao
Why?
Imagine riding a bicycle in a bicycle street and there's a car right behind prohibited to pass, but capable to. Then you're just the cause, you know. Sometimes when I ride a bicycle in that situation, I just get off the bicycle to let the car pass so I can get on without feeling pressured to ride faster
@@Riders_Pulse If you were in a car would you get out and let a bigger car go past? Transport is transport and sooner we understand this the safer our roads will be. My video at eGazTheFirstAustralian 'Canberra to Murrumbateman Chocolate Co ', shows the ignorance of a certain driver. I should have simply stayed in front, rather than let the 'big car' past. In Australia, the legal limit for a car passing a cyclist is 1m. Watch from about 4.15. Hope you enjoy
@eGazTheFirstAustralian Sure, I get what you're saying, rules are rules and I have the right to be there and to ride in front. But I also think it's not optimal to be prohibited to pass, if it's safe to do so (enough room, no side streets etc). It's good for both party's and good for the flow of traffic. And for example a sportscar on mountain roads, I would let that dude pass. After all, we get motorised vehicles to get to places (maybe not a sportscar in the mountains lol), not to stay behind slower road users. Ofc alternative routes are maybe an option too, but yeah, guess we can go on and on about what's right or not huh :)

Beautiful machine Badass. Enjoy be safe man!😃
weird rule😅 in the Netherlands it means that cars are guests on that street aka you're driving on a bike path. you can overtake but the cyclists always have right of way. didn't know it was different down south😅
Jup, here it also means cars are guests but they can make any street a bicycle street, even entire city's (like Mechelen), cars and motorcycles can't pass even if there's enough room

I wouldn't say it is materialistic to enjoy vehicular design and looks of a bike or car. If you value material objects more than people and treating them well that becomes materialistic. Just like a woman would be materialistic for focusing only on clothing and jewelry over kindness and friendship. But a nice woman can also enjoy cloths and jewelry... It just isn't everything to her and she isn't judging people based on those things. Upgrading a bike is a fun hobby. Nice looking MT07!
Sick bike👍
Hi. I bought mt 07 pure 2023 and I noticed with stock suspension i cannot hold the corner very well and during harder breaking abs activates like immediately and the bike is doing all the things you already mentioned. I want to amend this with front and rear ohlins suspension set for street driving mainly. I was wondering if the front cartridges come with oil inside already or do I have to buy separate oil and fill them up??
Hey, you have to get oil seperatly for the front (for example Öhlins 10w). The back comes ready to use. Sometimes dealerships offer free install if you buy it via them, perdonally I did that
@@Riders_Pulse What I was offered regarding the front fork fluid was Ohlins road & track code:01309-01 which is equivalent to 19.0 centistokes at 40 deg.C. I don’t know if this is ok, I’m not fluid expert. What do you think? And how many liters do I need to buy to fill up two forks, I mean is one liter of the fluid enough?
good video review.. not a good bike. you were very fair with the review. all bikes have good and bad points.
I actually just asked a question about this on another video. What paint and paint code did you use? What process did you do? Clear coat after? Thanks for the help! I really wish that rear panel was the same as the tank! It really enhanced the look of your bike!
Yes it really did have to come like that right? Looks alot better :) the colour code is PDG E3 (Pastel Dark Grey). 3 layers primer, 4 coats of colour and a fat clear high gloss top coat. That last one is difficult to do because of the possible drips btw. I ordered from a company called Motorradlacke (motorradlack.de/). They offer the best shade of primer for the colour you choose :)
Great looking MT07! What did you use to paint/wrap/whatever the fairing body piece under the pillion seat? The piece with the Yamaha logo in red. I have Cyan Storm grey version and really dislike that they didn't paint that grey. It is painted black just like it was on yours (as seen from previous videos). I've been looking for either paint or a vinyl wrap to match the the tank. Thanks!
Hey, thanks! I painted it :) The colour code is PDG E3 (Pastel Dark Grey). 3 layers primer, 4 coats of colour and a fat clear high gloss top coat. That last one is difficult to do because of the possible drips btw. I ordered from a company called Motorradlacke (motorradlack.de/). They offer the best shade of primer for the colour you choose :) I agree it should have come that way!
@@Riders_Pulse Thanks for the detailed info! I'm definitely going to do this. I love the grey and that black painted piece seriously needed to match!
blud acts like this is a flex
In the description it literally said that its easier to pass with a motorcycle compared with a car, less frustration behind slow drivers, just a short to get people intrested in riding. I'll never get why people feel the need to be negative, just scroll if it's nothing for you
What was up with the bottom of that T4 van?
Ok??
Your mt looks like the one I'd like to own.
@@monsun3365 thanks :)
Hello! Thanks for the video, and all the information! I am considering the mt07 and would probably end up doing the suspension upgrade as well, would you say its worth it on a bike like the mt07?
Hell yes! The mt07 is a fun bike with good torque but lacks top end, so very fast riding is a bit less good then like for example the mt09, but all other speeds are awesome to do with the mt07. The suspension upgrades make it a completely different bike with more control, stability and precision. So certainly sporty riding gets a big upgrade by doing that
@@Riders_Pulse Thanks a lot for the reply! Truth be told, i currently have a cb600f hornet which is my first bike, i like it, but encourages a fast riding style which isnt very good since i am a complete novice + i like torque, hence the consideration for the MT-07!
@@SdsThomas what a coincidence, check my earlyer vids, I had a cb600f 2001 before this mt07 👌 completely different indeed, but the 600 is so slow lower in the revs compared to the mt07, the power of the latter is instantly available while with the cb600f you have to wait for it and thus ride in higher revs and faster :p
@@Riders_Pulse Oh, i do need to check them out! I will check if you have video or if you can share if you ever missed the top end power of the hornet in daily and highway riding. Thanks a lot btw for all the information!
@@SdsThomas No prob :) and no, don't miss it at all, torque is more addicting :p plus you can compensate with the mt07 by just shifting more frequently
Where did you get your tank pads bro?
Right from the yamaha website 👌
Thanks for the info, what is possible to buy the adapter plate without the phone case. Cheers Ronald
Jup, they just sell the adapter, the case I got from somewhere else :)
How did u install?
The spoiler comes with a bracket. Under the headlight there are 2 bolts, using those original 2 :)
(Opbouwend bedoeld).
I'd like to buy the MT09 ($14,000), but where I live it's $4,000 more than the MT07 ($10,000), so it's a bit out of my price range. What would you guys do? Is it worth saving up for the mt09 and getting it next year, or buying the mt07 now?
What kind of riding will you do? City or highway, smaller or bigger track? If it's mostly roads untill 90kmph, go mt07, if you're going faster, mt09. The mt07 is a fun bike, lot's of torque, cheap on gas and maintanance but lacks hp and top end. Mt09 is more expensive in everything, but rips riding faster
@@Riders_Pulse Thank you for your reply. I would use the bike mostly for highway riding, 100-140 kph, 3 or 4 hour rides. Based on your information, I think I'll save up some money this year and get the mt09 next summer.
@@John_B52_HEMI Personally if I were in your position I'd think about something with fairings if you're gonna do highway riding that long. Naked bikes get very tiresome at high speeds over long periods of time due to the wind.
get a GSX-S1000... they run around $11K and are much better bikes.

Very first, first! Great video! keep them coming...
Looks good, do you have a link from where you bought it. Could you make a video on how to install the wing spoiler under the headlight Great looking MT07 enjoy your videos
Hey, the link for the spoiler is below here :) I could make a vid about the front spoiler, it's not complicated to install but the angle of the 2 bolts makes it a bit difficult to get to. I probably just needed a better tool suited for it tough :p www.silverstonemotor.com/en/engine-spoilers/11966-89120-ermax-yamaha-mt07-2021-2022-belly-pan-painted.html#/6614-colors_mt07_2021_22-storm_fluo_21_22_dark_grey_storm_fluo
@@Riders_Pulse thanks for the reply, I'm thinking about buying the belly spoiler for my MT07 it does look good 🙂, I did buy that wing spoiler from AliExpress but I can't seem to fit it, the bracket doesn't seem the right shape, if you could make a video showing how to fit it, that would help 👍
Nice Video i have same Bike 2021 can you read the Display well If daypack is installed? Windprotector from Puig Touring? I have the same 😂 well done!
Yup, even with the bigger trial bag, the screen is perfectly visible :) and thanks! Really a nice addition isn't it? :)
Hey Man, this was a great review. I was wondering what the fit was like, I am not sure if I missed that or not but you look like you have big hands? I found this brand from another review and he said the fingers were a bit short and to size up. My problem is I have short fingers and medium to large size palms so I was hoping these would be a good fit if the fingers are slightly shorter than normal.
Hey, true, I forgot to talk about the fit. I have a Large on these, as well on all of the rev'it gloves. They are a bit more snug around the fingers because of the isolation padding, and the fingers are indeed on the shorter side compared to other rev'it gloves.
@@Riders_Pulse Thanks man, thats very helpful. And does the heating go all the way to the finger tips and thumb? I just discovered some gloves don't heat the thumb.
@@PadmaDorjee no problem, glad to help :) and yes, the thumb is heated and I've never had cold fingertips, even in -7°C
