"It seems that the union negotiated a pay increase through the lower pay chart steps to c, with a 1.3% raise for all, which is good. I think it might be worth pushing for a three-step upgrade for all carriers to achieve wage parity with other crafts. Perhaps we can turn the union's tactics to our advantage. Since the 2013 shift to a 2-tier system, no one hired after that has reached top pay. If only the top pay rate is raised, even with the 1.3% raise that everyone accepts, it would ensure a fair increase across the board.
Yes, NOW IS THE TIME TO PUSH AND PUSH UNTIL WE GET WHAT WE DESERVE!🤝🇺🇸🫵🔥🔥🔥
Voting HELL NO FROM TEXAS!🤝🇺🇸✊🏻
💙 VOTE NO AND SHARE WITH YOUR COWORKERS 💙 THIS CONTRACT WILL BE HISTORICAL IF WE ALL STICK TOGETHER 💙 TAKE YOUR UNION BACK 💙
Just listened to NPR show Marketplace on the economy. states inflation coming down last 2 years to 2.1 to 2.5% but wages staying strong at DOUBLE the inflation rate, outpacing inflation. hmmm except for USPS carriers at 50% below inflation rate last 2 years not to mention when it was 9% a few years ago. And they try to say we are essential employees. Voting NO!
Thanks so much for sharing this call. Every worker who spoke was amazing. I learned so much and am cheering you on. <3
TIENEN UN ABUSO CON LOS CCA. Llevo 2 años, y admiro a los que llevan mas años que yo, porque siento que tienen un abuso con todos los MAIL CARRIER.... I VOTE NO
Does anyone have links to the petition
To all my Postal Brothers and Sisters, we stand united as one as our voices will not be unheard this time. Renfroe is a sell out and does not stand with us in unity. This will be the moment that defines us for the days and hours we've invested to this career. This will define future contracts to come and our own self worth. We've invested our time, sweat, blood, and at time's...tears into this job. Now this will be the time that our voices do not go unheard or unchecked but reposition the NALC to start paying closer attention to us and our concerns, it's time that the Postal Service, Renfroe, and the NALC reinvest in "Us" and yield to our voices. I say this not as a threat, nor a plea....."I say this as Carrier like every other carrier who only wants what's fair, a fair days pay for a fair days work". I believe each one of us puts our heart, body, and soul to this job...day in, day out. I know we do a fair days work, it's only right that The NALC, Renfroe, and the Postal Service give us a fair days pay in return.
Tyler is a bad ass dude, doing some righteous work.
Cca here voting no
Our stamps are a federally backed inflation hedged currency and they should treat its carriers the same!!!!!!!

They can open up a federal REIT and offer federal bonds with our federally owned assets and buildings.

Brought this upon yourselves. This is what happens when the majority never participate in the union.
We’re all voting YES … sorry but we CCA need money and help now …

A big no from me.
Branch 350 wants me to vote yes, but a good 75% of us (conservatively) are voting NO!!!!!!!! I was so uninvolved before, when u said he created a monster with this TA, I felt that in my spirit bc they have created a monster in me 🤬😈 I love y'all and know we're worth MORE!!!!!!
So let me get this straight. You want CCA’s to go from around $20.00 an hour to $30.00 an hour. Right? That’s a 50% salary increase so does top pay get a 50% increase also to $113,000.00 a year? You guys are completely delusional. That is $54.33 an hour in 2024. UPS’s contract maxes out at $49.00 an hour July 31, 2028. Do you guys think this is anywhere near realistic?
84 STAT. PUBLIC LAW 91-375-AUG. 12, 1970 719 Public Law 91-375 AN ACT August 12, 1970 [H. "( c ) As an employer, the Postal Service shall achieve and maintain compensation for its officers and employees comparable to the rates and types of compensation paid in the private sector of the economy of the United States. It shall place particular emphasis upon opportunities for career advancements of all officers and employees and the achievement of worthwhile and satisfying careers in the service of the United States.
This TA is a joke
$1,000.00 to step P, 1.3% X 3 and colas. 22 months and top pay will be making $83,954.00 and you guys are complaining? What a joke. Voting YES!!!
I hear a lot of complaining from regulars about how they're not paid enough and overworked. Mfs get 2 days off and can throw away their routes everyday. Where's the talk about how ptfs and ccas are basically the Regulars cleaning crew. Someone give me a reason to vote this no. Cuz from ptf possession it's not bad
I'm top step and definitely voting NO!
To those that are new CCA’s or been here 4 years or less help us vote no. If you do not fight today, we will all lose tomorrow. I mean regardless if we fight this TA or not, you will be laid off. If the company would tank. Unless you have the amount of years that protect you from it!
I currently a CCA my 2yr anny is New Years eve. I am voting no!
If your local supports renfraud, stand up and vote to remove them too. They are part of collusion when the convention took place, helping to save refrauds job. OPEN YOUR EYE’S

This is my first contract. My steward said it’s a good contract don’t look at 1.3 % something about 13k at the end of the contract and he said something about lay off protection. so idk.
Your steward is an idiot then. There is no way this is a good contract. I've been through 5 of them and this awful compared to the others because of the huge increase in inflation. Our stewards are voting no, as well as the other 50 carriers in my station. And it is not 13k..more like 8-9k. and that doen't even cover the inflation since covid/2020. We should get $4-5/hr off the bat and then the regular raises and colas starting in March 2025. We should top out at 85-88 % of UPS's top pay. AND he personally told people I know that it would be that amount and it is not even close!
@@mycreations2 nicely put. After I asked him about it, at the end it says it favor the new hire more and this contract was for retention. He didn’t really had anything to say. So I guess I’ll vote No. I’m looking to be here long term so I want the best for my self and everyone
@@Mailman_mo Of course he didn't! I forget to address the retention part. We've always had retention as long as you are career vested (6 years), or military veteran ( no minimum vested time required). If he is referring to retention of CCA's , a MUCH higher starting pay (I would shoot for $30-33/hr) would solve that.) In reality they need to just go back to the way it was with an all career workforce and convert all the CCA's to PTF's which IS a career position and then they would become full regulars within one to two years usually. They should just do away with table 2 and place everyone back in Table 1, add $4-5/hr to each step and go from there. That's what I would be negotiating for. Also, do away with steps A-C. D becomes the new step A and max out will then take 8.7 years not 13.
@@mycreations2 nicely put. You should be president !
