      When I realised the benefits of eating garlic I persevered with taking it. At first I crushed it and swallowed it with a glass of water. Not particularly nice, but at least I didn’t have to chew it. Nowadays, I put it in a blender with Tumeric, ginger, lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar, black pepper and honey. You can’t really taste the garlic. I do this everyday. I’m in my 70’s and I’m very healthy. I hope this helps if you’re interested in getting the benefits of garlic.

      I eat raw garlic, onions and tomatoes with the juice of half a fresh lemon almost every morning. Add a bell or spicier pepper if you dare. Also, handful of walnuts and almonds every single day
