I don't know it I should comment on this, I just stumbled upon this video by mistake. But I am somewhat of a mental health support so... Here goes! The word mental health has became somewhat of an unpleasant word in the last couple of years. Many people don't like hearing that they need mental health support. Especially those suffering from some sort of paranoia, anxiety, etc... And when someone needs mental health support, hearing of mental health issues, anxiety, depression, stuff like that scares that person really badly. And because of this, many simply don't want to go and get help. It happened to me as well. And eventually I went and I got better. The main problem with this, in my opinion, is the way mental health is sometimes presented. Many times people involved in the process present it as a magical treatment that just makes people feel good. So, at least in my opinion, in order for mental health to be able to reach it's target audience, it must be presented far less impressive than it is today.
