My channel is about cooking easy dishes as well as baking and cake decorating. I like to make elegant, fun and nerdy cakes. So I will try to present you a variety of different themes. I do all the videos myself. I am the cameraman, photographer and editor. :-) We release a new video every week.

Amazing Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
From scratch pumpkin cake that is moist and delicious. Its filled with fall spices and will be an awesome dessert for Halloween or Thanksgiving.
Cake Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
15 oz can pumpkin (Libbeys preferred)
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
2-4 cups powdered sugar

Thank you for this. I bake a lot but NEVER saw the term SANDING SUGAR used. Perhaps because I bake things that do not use it! I was going to go buy some after reading a recipe my granddaughter wants to try and decided to google the term. You saved me money and I know I can incorporate the many unlimited colors I can make into really fun baking times with my granddaughter this holiday season.!

Depends on the size and how the castle is built. You could use any battery powered light. The battery operated tea lights may work.

Tried this twice and failed. Do I need to cool down the flour milk mixture first? It’s not coming out fluffy like I’m this video.

Sounds like you didn't cream the butter and sugar long enough.

It should not be runny. You may have over beat it or your flour and milk mixture was still warm.

Ok I feel like theres a detail missing here. I used the edible marker and let it dry for several hours. Brushing with clear pipping gel then smeared it. Did you do anything differently?
Thank's so much for a great video. It was quick and easy. I'm 77 and can't cook so much, not like when I was younger. For me the measurements would help if you could show with your ( FInger ) on the out side of the can, for THOSE of us that can't see so well. Just a suggestion . How long should I let it cool for
To at least room temperature. If it's too warm the frosting will be runny. You can put it in the fridge to cool quicker

Store don't sell cherry frosting so I mixed cherry kool aid with vanilla frosting good but bitter from kool aid mix. Sugar didn't blend well so it left a sugar texture
