Saxo VTS 170hp. First track day after fitting the full front splitter and Quaife LSD,I didn't push it far as the back end lost some grip and was very prone to stepping out so was weary of that, EBC YellowStuff are very much a downgrade from my previous DS3000 so brakes were less confident to use,still need more laps to get used to the different type of handling required but all in all very fun ...

On C2 VTS cylinder head,was making 167hp before fitting the new S1600 Inlet, unmapped running on basemap.

Was there much needed to put the jp4 head on the j4 other then j4 cans ?
the jp4 head is a straight fit into the j4 block.
I put 278 duration 10.6 v. lift sport cam and the idle sound now is lumpy that I want super I am very happy but the car lost approximately 30 hp that's why I am going to remap soon
thats great to hear,I really miss the idle sound,its worth all the money and time spent lol
@@VeiRoNv2 Absolutely but if you want to hear lumpy idle sound you have to put at least 272 degree camshaft but disadvantage's of the performance camshaft are increased fuel consumption and decreases torque in low and a bit middle rpm's..

@@VeiRoNv2 Wooww amazing my 95 polo 1.6 8V single point injection dbilas 264 duration and 10.4 valve lift but idle sound is not like your saxo. When the engine warmed up the idle sound of my polo is almost smooth, when it's cold the idle sound is agressive I don't understand why this engine works like that..

Hi,cams are Piper BP300,solid lifters ones.
C2 inlet fits without modifications on the jp4 head? Because it needs some mods for the j4 head to fit.
Yes it fits straight on the JP4,on the J4 you'll need a few extra holes for the studs to be fitted.
C2 inlet comes stock on the jp4 head, so yeah it fits
