Hello Everyone,
I am Empaneled Structure/Audit/Chartered Engineer from New Delhi.
Working in a Structure Audit Agency from past 10+ Years.
Having good exposure of various type of structure and various organization's such as IOCL, BPCL, GAIL, SAIL, NMDC, BARC, TATA, East and Northern Coal Field, MCD and various other private organization.
My main purpose of this channel is to upload various videos related to structure audit and learning for that people can understand that small mistakes can cause a large impact.
Also to warn people that don't try to be engineer without any qualification.

Measurement of Crack Depth without Damaging Concrete #structureauditagency
Recently Conducted a Crack Inspection on Site using Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Tester.
Although there is no fundamental relationship between pulse velocity and strength, an estimation of strength can be obtained by correlation. The method has perhaps a greater potential for comparing known sound concrete with affected concrete.
Ultrasonic pulse velocity is a means of assessing variations in the apparent strength of concrete.
By a Formula was used for measurement of crack depth and direction of crack.

Converting the building load pattern can also cause the structural failure. This was a project in Uttar Pradesh, India. Where we are invited for the rectification of column load capacity enhancement at lowers floors so that the structure can be safe in gravity as well as in earthquake.

Recently visit a school in NCR to check the cracked problem on a load bearing wall due to excess load on wall. Audit was done using Non Destructive Testing and suitable repair scheme are suggested now both the students and building is safe.
