I also have an issue with my charge controller it is and Outback Flex Max 80 it keeps on over its absorption setpoint limit .1 or 2 volts sometimes even higher had an installer take a look at it you said he doesn't see anything wrong with it just wondering if you could assist me with figuring out this problem
Try set the set point a volt and a half lower.

I have got an issue . I have a Schneider conext SW along with an OUTBACK FLEXMAX. All of the sudden my lithium batteries have stop charging from my solar panels BUT THEY DO CHARGE WHEN CHARGER IS ENABLED. Where should I been looking at for the problem? Is their any COMMUNITY that provides any help?
Hey bambino if it’s charging from the SW it’s the charging control is the problem. See if you can check the unit and wiring.

Wetting cement bag and stuffing is just as good and cost 0$ extra. Doing dat for decades and no problem
I have also used it for a long time but duck tape gives it a cleaner finish and make it more professional.

Based on how he wired the meter socket the meter will not register if it's a digital or if it's an analog, the meter will reverse because it's an incorrect polarity

Good day bro, The Cat 6/5 wire that leaves the camera comes to the Network Video Recorder port via RJ45 terminal. Then a HDMI cord from the NVR goes to the Monitor? That's how the camera system setup?
No the camera is a analog so just use the cat 5e to extend the range and it’s easier to wire that way.

@@adrianfrancis1156Analog is just like the signal the your DVD player at your home send to your TV. IP an the other hand is unique to that unit and network. Just like your phone are computer.

Ok thats good but how much watts off solar panels you have? I just ordered a schneider 4868 conext xw pro and a schneider gate way. Am up grading my existing installation.
I would want to take advantage of the day time solar energy. I try to do that turning off my house TRANSFER SWITCH At this time I have got 8 12 v 200ah. It there anyway to have the equipment turn on and off automatically?

What the cost for a piping like that
It’s all depending on your location and type where f wiring you doing. For that it’s a electrical wiring and camera system in one so that’s like 35g just for the piping and it’s in my area.
Two questions. How is the Batt capacity determined? I have 8 12 v 200 AH Lithium batteries which will replace 8 12 v 200 Ah gel batteries. Whta is the voltage on this context 4048 , is it 24 or 48 volts?
The battery capacity is determining be multiple the voltage times the amps. As it say conext 4048 it’s a 4000 watt inverter and a 48v input from the battery bank.
I my case how does it translate? is BATT CAPACITY , 800 or what?

If you wanna configure the battery to 12v it’s 1600 amp hour or 19200 watt hours. 24v is 800 amps or 19200 watt hours. 48v is 400 amp or 19200 watt hours

No we installed an little computer an the computer controls Both the Schneider gateway and the batrium remotely

Base on the the meter its don't matter but if its 240v single phase bout line as to go through the matter.

Respect boss. Setting up pipes for camera system it's decided and should be on it's own circuit? So one pipe would come from panel and link all the handy boxes for the camera?
No the VCR will provide the camara with its own power and thats a low voltage line so it shout be separated

My solar systems is 1500 watt panels an the roof 24 volt battery bank at 450 amph a 80 amp mppt make sky blue charge controller and I'm off grid for 1 year now everything works great no problem
I made me inverter 3 years now no problem an the swipower as backup
Respect brother may I ask a few question of you? it is now 2019 how is the repaired inverter doing? How long you had it before it breakdown? finally what is the number of the mosfets? and I just had to ask about your system setup. I have been going through TH-cam doing a bit of research on these inverters as I was planning to buy one they seems to break down allot but to be fair 300 person will buy a product and four fail and it is the four that fail you hear from so I am seeking more info before deciding and I know you be saying why not look at another inverter truth is MONEY and finding that deal on a budget.
Truthfully is the company send me all the parts but you can get the mosfets on ebay but you need some resistor as will. If you want to have it with no problems move the hat senser on put it on the output mosfets.

I have one this inverter swi power 3000 watt just set it up about 3 days now an to tell you the truth it works well my own comes with two sensor one an the input one an the output and i only put 2400 watt true it because it's a 3000 watt and i don't want to run it in peak mode
