I was looking after Italian greyhound and I got him when come in from walk or outside to stand on the towel let me wipe his paws. I say okay you know the drill and he would go on the towel on floor stand and wait for me to wipe his paws(they had cream carpet and cream sofa) he so good on the lead and of the lead. I say wait and he wait for me. I amazed how smart these little dogs are. Well he really smart. He also knew how to bait me LoL as well 😂

My first Iggy, Marchwinds Bluesfest, was one of Lois’ dogs. I cannot say enough about how much this dog meant to me. He was an ambassador to the breed and my soulmate. I miss him terribly.

Looks more like a shelter puppymill than a reputable breeder

why would you ever stop a puppy from biting you.. that ruins them..... what you do is you teach them their own strength and what limits humans can take.. so when it hurts, you let them know.. say owe, or even yelp.. dogs are very mouthy period.. they need to know their own bite strength for many reasons and how to interact with a human and their mouth.. if your puppy is continuing to chew, or is being to hyper with their biting.. let them know it hurt you with a sound.. like little yelp, or an OWE.. then give them something else to chew on like a stick... its wrong to deny your dog their mouth when interacting with you.... and again.. its dangerous to NOT teach them their strength and how to interact with humans.... its possible to overtrain your dog and turn it into a mindless treat robot void of many things that make a dog, a dog.. its possible to be to strict with your training at the detriment of your dogs actual personality.. the best play comes from mouth play....

So you are using it as a training method but you just did it 5 times in a row for no reason. it's a video. you know we can repeat the vid as many times as we want. One demonstration was enough. It was obvious he didn't like it.

I tried with my boxer pup he doesn’t snap at my face anymore but still goes for my hand not sure if I should keep doing it I don’t want him to be scared of me if it helps he is 10 weeks
