Should be careful with that, I used to have the same issue till one time I heard and felt a large pop and I was off to the hospital with an acute lumbar herniation, I was out of comission for a month or two and it was horrible.

This is a lot more common than people realize. If you're in hospital it's tubes in every hole. If you're at home and restricted it's usually this. Young or old it happens to a lot of people for a lot of reasons.

Ouch been there done that. That is a pain and a problem you don't soon forget.

I remember having slipped discs in my back that hurt like heck and turned my legs to jelly. Took about 2 months to fully recover and it was a pain the entire way. Hopefully you recover soon and avoid future injuries. Also diapers are great!

Just sharing, some reason of back pain is acid. Try to stop drink coffee and eat maag medicine. My friend who used to have back pain every month already cured. Usually you have random cough too, esp when laying down. That could be the acid is traveling to your throat. Of course random burp is the biggest hint. After your back healed you can drink coffee again, but at least after meal or add maag medicine after drink it. So the acid became less acidic

i recall a very odd situation wherein i called upon a good friend of mine to buy diapers, I didn't really drop much context to them, but just said that some were needed and that any size of baby diapers would be fine, it was not for anything weird though. A diaper drive was going on at my university and it counted as "volunteer work hours" which were a requirement of my graduation.

While I'm sure there are certain niche artists already creating eldritch tapestries involving the diaper stuff the art Okayu really needs to be worried about is the back brace stuff. Her being immobilized is only like a small step outside of vanilla so there is likely to be much more of it, and by being much closer to believable reality it may end up being much more embarrassing to see.
