Like any other opiate you must be absorbed through THE BLOOD BARRIERS i.e. under the tongue, through nasal capillaries, through the stomach, or directly injected into the blood stream. Just breathing it or touching it is NOT enough. Otherwise way more people would overdose. Because fentanyl is LITERALLY on everything.
