Where the hell is the new content?!?! You need to move your ass king!
It was really mindblowing to see this interview. I started watching Michael’s tiktoks in 2020 and he inspired me so much to be a better athlete. I ended up not continuing this path but still, this dude was a part of my teenage years and was really the model I wanted to be. Seeing whats been going on with him all this years was awesome and motivating. Wish the best for you all! And I really hope Michael gets that olympic spot

Thanks for sharing such valuable information! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Hey! Sorry I’m not too experienced in Binance. Thank you for the support on this video ❤
My question is, why reach out to the employees who already work there and notify them about your applying? What do you talk with them about if they answer to you on LinkedIn?
Great question! 1) reaching out builds connections with you to the company. You can also ask a lot of questions for guidance and better understanding. But the best case, is that they connect you to other powerful people, or even refer you for another role! The power comes from connections. 2) when they respond, you set up a time to talk with them. Then once you agree to a time, you call them or video call them and ask questions to learn about them and what they know! Would you like an entire video dedicated to this? I would love to provide more information because this information helped me a lot!

Based on your videos I've watched, I think what you want leans towards working for yourself (like you started doing) cause you're never really gonna get a perfect team of people to work with at a company and even if you do, some of those people will eventually leave for other jobs or journeys in life. If you're joining a big corporate company, then you're not going to get full autonomy to do the big stuff until you show that you can handle the smaller things. Maybe at startups or smaller companies you can get that responsibility fast but it's still the same idea that you're competing with your peers, you can be laid off at any time, you don't have the full control to do what you want to do, etc. High school to college to corporate life are just completely different shifts. In college, you typically have more freedom, time to chill with friends, etc so it can be very fun but then what typically happens after graduation is that everyone moves on with their own lives and career. People move for job opportunities and/or become very busy with their own lives that you lose that connection you once had. It goes from hanging out with friends every day in college to during corporate life, maybe seeing them once in a while to maybe not seeing them in a long time esp if they get married, move, and start a family. I watched your LinkedIn story video as well and that's unfortunately how corporate life is: people want money to help fund their lives so you become a cog in the machine so you can pay for housing/food, your family, your lifestyle, having fun, etc. With these rotational programs where your peers are also college graduates, you might form friendships/bonds with those peers that'll make your corporate life more fun but inevitably, those people will move onto other teams, companies, etc so if you're looking for very close friendships, you need to find a way to hang out with them frequently outside of work and also hang out often. It was similar for me too in that I went into a rotational program for my first full-time job and created friendships where some of us hung out outside of work (going out, going to watch movies, hanging out, etc). However like I mentioned, people inevitably move in different directions so things won't always remain the same. And also, you should always remember that even though you become friends with co-workers, there are some people that are willing to backstab you to climb the corporate ladder so you also have to be careful of what you share and stuff like that. At the end of the day, both you and your co-workers are trying to make money to fund your lifestyles and each person has their own goal so it's not gonna be a college-like experience/lifestyle forever.
@@liam1902 thank you Liam for this. I enjoyed reading it, and I think you make a lot of sense. It’s really all about figuring life out, and this happening for me in my first job out of college. It’s like your rookie year of life and it’s about finding what you really want for yourself. I’m glad I realized what I now want, and I’m excited to go for it. Appreciate your comment 🫡
