@@chelseathart782 I moved the bias casings that hold the elastic bands down by about 1" to 1.5". My bust tends to sit lower on most patterns so this helped and I found that moving the casings closer to the waist/skirt seam helped camouflage the seam line since my fabric is a bit heavier weight (still a cotton but a bit heavier since I used a duvet cover). I also have quite narrow shoulders so I think I was able to gather the neckline up quite a bit. I hope this helps!

@@chelseathart782 I believe Rosie has a video going over some hacks for this pattern and for one she reversed the dress so the back of the dress sat on the front giving a higher neckline. So that's an option too. Perhaps you could experiment with cutting out two back panels and seeing if that would work for the bodice?? Not sure how that would work with attaching the sleeves, I'd have to look at the pattern again but seeing that there is so much gathering, I'm sure it would work.
