I wouldn't call it rough and I wouldn't say it has a rattle. It's got a side to side shimmy on the transition from horizontal to vertical on the top hat. Both up and down, forward and backward. Ever see a race car drivers helmet bobble around a bit as gears shift, particularly when cornering? People today love theming. If it's not tearing the ride apart, just enjoy it of it as incredible theming as you corner skyward!!!

New trains are too lite

The ride is insanely rattly. I still love it. Its amazing. 7 rides so far. But I'm a guy who likes violent coasters, painful woodies like Boss, etc. People who mostly only like smooth rides will absolutely have major issues with the rattle on TT2. Its aggressive and borderline violent. One cycle the rattle going into the 120mph tophat entry was so bad it caused my back to slam back against the seat violently and it quite hurt for a moment. With respect: You're the biased one here, dismissing a near-consensus take that came out of media day (And now the charity event) because you're clearly just trying to apologize for a ride you're a clear fanboy for. Also, no, these are not over the shoulder restraints. Its a drop down lap bar. Over the shoulder restraints are, believe it or not over the shoulders. This should be rather obvious. Just because the loose position of the restraints sit above you does not magically make them over shoulder restraints. Over shoulder restraints secure your torso. These lap bars do not.

Litterally rode it on media day. So much more rough thank kinda ka. It jolts you when you switch from zamperla to intiman track.

It might be a new coaster but that won't stop us from comparing the ride experience to the original to see if it really is an improvement! Also, it's up to our own opinions to decide whether it's better or not!

Things going that fast, it would be impossible for it to not rattle

TT2 is so rough studying camera footage alone, I give it a few years before they have to address the trains and/or track due to it tearing itself apart with how much shaking and shimmying the trains do, not to mention you can hear the vibrations in people's voices. It's almost like the trains have a very slight lopsided bounce to them as they roll that you can clearly see in POV videos while they're moving slowly. That will tear the track and trains up with continuous use, especially at the speeds TT2 travels.

I feel like this ride is gonna give zamperla a major boost in the industry. I’m excited to see what their new coaster division cooks up with their former intamin engineers!

people have been trashing on this ride ever since they announced it. now that the first actual rider reviews have come out the consensus is that the ride is fantastic

Not sure, my experience with Zamperla's is that their bigger rides are rougher.

I am so excited for this ride myself. But at the same time, there is no reason for it to rattle as much as it does honestly. With all the money they spent, and trusting zamperla with the transformation....... it should be butter smooth. I also have been on king da ka as well. It is rough!

My opinion is that its a good coaster but definitely overrated
