I was deeply moved by this video, listening to Tom’s experiences of how OA affected him in childhood and hearing how his life’s mission is so positive. When such beautiful people in life look outwards to influence the world around them for the better, I truly believe the ripple effect is far far greater than we will ever see. I am a nani to a beautiful baby boy born with OA/TOF just a few months ago and am very new to the TOF community. Thank you TOFS for the wonderful support and comprehensive information you provide and thank you Tom for becoming an Ambassador for the TOFS charity. Totally loved the song that was playing and My eyes watered from the beginning to the end of this video !

Dear Kate, thank you for your testimony. It is indeed a relief if you can speak about it out in the open and know you are not alone. I believe that with age, it becomes much more difficult to manage. I hope one day it will to be recognized as a real handicap. I feel still hurt today that so many doctors have absolutely no knowledge about ARM and have no concerns for our daily difficulties and pains. I wish you all the best and a lot of strength.
