this might sound crazy but what are the wires that connect to the spark plug "boot" ? mine looks like something was chewing on them. Id rather not take it to the shop unless i have to. Im going to buy new spark plugs but id prefer to replace both

Thanks for posting. Is that automotive dielectric grease that we coat our battery terminals with? Another blogger shows putting dielectric grease on the ceramic portion of the plug and inside the cap not contacting exposed wire.

Bought a US written Haynes manual in the UK. It covers everything,but the photos, which are black and white and focused so close to the object, it's difficult to see what's what. Thank you for your video.

You should have put some dielectric grease at the bottom of the coils before you set it in there. Just a little FYI.

My dad always tells me that if I can fix it myself do it and as a woman I really didn't want to take in my Jeep and have to pay and arm and maybe half a leg, I was able to do this myself super quick (for the most part) this was a huge help, you are awesome!

Josh, Josh, Josh you spent the extra money for those plugs, and you didn't even set the gap? COME ON! A spark plug gaping tool is PEANUTS compared to the money wasted not having the gap set correctly.

This video probably saved someone a nightmare-bill at a repair shop. I've had friends tell me they paid up to $600 for SUPER SIMPLE repairs, and I go, "...you should probably TH-cam every repair BEFORE you drop it off at a shop!" Good man for doing this...you're helping the community out more than you know...

What is your water Temp at time it is fed to your grow beds? My understanding is that most plants do not like temps over 75 F. The problem is that Tilapia likes water at 80 to 85 and will die off if you keep them at or close to, 75 F. If you have been doing aquaponics for 8 years, what is your water temp please?

Nice setup, the small gravel can get dead zones so be careful, they will give you rootrot and stink up the setup. But looks nice. How have you liked the LED light? Worth the high $ ?

I would like to suggest that you apply some lubricant (such as Permatex Copper Anti-Seize) to the plug threads before you install them.

How many miles were on your Patriot, I just bought a 08 with 108k and it just started hesitating a little bit from time to time and my gas mileage is down from what it should be, I'm guessing it has OEM plugs. how are the iridiums working out?
