In a lot of ways, the scene with Kirsten is the hardest to watch than TLR's worst stuff!

Got tan over in the day, called for back up 3 miles away, they turned up at night and there wasn’t one passing car.
So , she was actually killed when she pulled over that van ? All those glaringly obvious warning signs that she was in dangerous predicament. She only called for help after she was run over .. then he kept on backing over her repeatedly…
So a random car showing up to a traffic stop with the reverse light on is not weird.....😂 cmon
In my country the police always travel in pairs. This would never had happened in my country.
In my country the police usually plays dumb but when things get out of hand they encounter criminals without any arrest. 😛

@@arzinx she would have lost her job if she took in the councilman. That was what Sarge’s pay grade was for. In US the councilman might have been shot or injured resisting arrest. Vehicle with injuries. Automatic blood work I would say. Even Mr. Pelosi got a public wrist slap for his DUI. Don’t know he served the 5 days yet. Dutchy was like a big bro/mentor to Bird and protector of Kate. I like how he says back off,/up when ppl are getting to close to Kate's personal space. I notice Buffer was like that too,but not as forceful as Dutchy.
