I can't figure out why porting from wwe 2k22 to wwe 2k24 makes my game crash, wwe 2k23 porting works, any solution?

I switched Nathan Frazer with Jeff Hardy and everything works great except for the entrance name plate. It still says Nathan Frazer. I found every string I could of Nathan Frazer and changed it to Jeff Hardy, but the name plate still says Nathan Frazer. Any one know what could be causing this?

hey thanks for this, new to pc gamng (mainly switched for wwe2k) , iv got the hang of most of it but cant figure out the gfx, i have the folder with ss and titanron inside it, for example steph vaquer gfx iv downloaded, the file 101_26red folder and its attachments are in my ss folder and the files are in my titanron foler but not working, any ideas? this is all very new to me :(
if you are replacing someone's gfx you have to make sure to be naming the folder that goes inside the SS and the one titantron file properly wiki.prowrestlingmods.io/books/wwe-2k24/page/wrestler-graphics-ids if you want to add gfx to new slot, check out the tribute teams GFX Placeholder
When I port the character over to 2k24, everything loads up good until the match starts , The character attire shows gaps like his tights will below knee get clipped or top gets clipped?
I did everything but nothing seems to happen. I checked the video back again and went over every single step and everything was done correctly and nothing missed. The character is still not showing in the game. Any tips?
Is there any way to do this without using meta? I am not sure what's going on with discovery but I keep getting blocked. I've never done anything and it even happened with a brand new gmail/patreon/discord account with no history
@@mckeanwilliams1309 you can try tribute, Discovery has a blocker for new accounts so if your discord account is less than 6 months old then you can’t join. But if thats not the case, are you blocked from PWM aswell? Could be a blacklist server you had joined.
@@wrestlincrusade Yeah I believe it was the blacklist server. I reached out to PWM and they unblocked me but I got no response from discovery and got blocked this morning. Where can I find tribute and is there a tutorial for that? I'm new to the WWE modding scene. Thanks for your reply!

import with the 24 mdl plugin export with the 23 mdl plugin. You can find the 23 mdl plugin on the PWM wiki, the only problem is that the ycl can't really be transfered so you're gonna have stiff hair, clothes, etc.
My face textures jsfb isn't opening in Meta

Hi, can anyone give me a hand, i have followed all the instructiong, but am not getting anywhere. I tried to import edge in to slot 460, did everything by the letter, what im not sure of and why i might be causing issues, after we export the JSON, does it need to be saved back to a JSFB so it can be caked in to the game? or is there something im missing. I have the yhe JSON files inthe data folder, follwoing the new folder guide, but don't they need to be saved back to JSFB , if so how do i do this?
when you first export the jsfb to json, it should've asked you if you would allow meta to watch the file. Thats when you should've said yes so that the changes to the json would save to the jsfb. After you save the json you should see a pop up on the right corner that says "file has serialized". Thats how you know it saved correctly
@@wrestlincrusade yeah, so I did click yes, but don't get a serialised message? Do the files need to be in the same folder? At least I understand that's how the files are connected so can't try to figure it out.

New problem My character is not appearing in game. Like it seems to have imported fine like when baking i see the characters name appear but I can''t see them in game

At around 4:10 I get stuck when adding the JSFB Files I get a popup with missing stuff li8ke CharProfilePro Unknown and when I click accept nothing happens. wierdly one of the files work (The roster table) What to do? There is problems with deserializing the face texture file and the charmapping doesn't give errors it just doesn't open sometimes when clicking accept in gives the error while attempting to deserialize. Validate schema The Meta Version is the most recent built that was released last sunday the first of sept. Will edit if solution is found below: So the solution turned out to be that you can select things in the table pop up this might need a cleared indicator.
Also asked in discord still no solution given. EDIT (Not a real update): So I current am trying to use meta by importing the jsfb files but it's not importing some of those files. It is importing the [CharProfileTable.roster] fine but then the [FaceTexture] it won't import I get a pop up with a table that shows Name Tag Description FaceTextures Play Wrestler render paths PlayerDefaultRoster Play Unknown Cancel Accept So I press accept but nothing happens I was also trying to Import the [CharacterMapping] file But I get the same table with CharProfilePro and CharMoveSetDataTable Being "Unknown" It used to also say that it was unable to deserialize but after re exporting that doesn't happen anymore What I have tried: Restart PC Reinstall meta/cakeview/caketools Re Export the files Re make the bakein folder Re verfy the game folder Reinstall the game Everytime I did a step I tried to re export (cakeview) and re import (Meta) everytime.

no, the persona cards like the roman 24 can be unlocked with a hide file but the actual myfaction exclusives are not available the same way these hidden characters are

@@wrestlincrusade no, but it IS normal when I want to see the entrance motion when I wait to see my game crash
@@kaankavak5697 well do that, the video explains you have to copy an entrance otherwise it will crash, meta slots dont come with entrance animations so thats why it crashes
