Thank you for the kind words! 60262 is one of the longest planes at 20.5 inches but still shy of set 7893 which is the longest at 22 inches. I would love to build set 7894. Sorry, no Discord account.

@TopLEGO2023 the adventurers theme had more smaller planes but I feel the island hopper was just a really good set and build. I recently got it.

@@jimmydadema4075 I was just reviewing it on Brickset. The plane has perfect size and proportions with just 205 pieces. I miss those classic medium size sets that didn't have all the side builds that raised the piece count and the price. Good purchase!

@@TopLEGO2023 I bought a bunch of the adventurers sets and it's been great how simple they are. Builds that have few pieces but use them very effectively. I also like how they still had the alternate builds and promoted creativity way more than today.

Set 645 is a classic! It is iconic level famous. It showed up on multiple sets unchanged. That just never happens anymore.

Awesome that you still have it today! I agree about not ever getting rid of it. One of the best LEGO airplanes. Just the plane. No additional builds to make it more expensive. Perfect color combination with my favorite thick vertical tail piece. Love it!

@@TopLEGO2023 I hope that in the future, LEGO will be making bigger trains (look at lego Oriental Express) and planes. The existing ones are a bit too small in my opinion.

Such a common occurance. I have had sets that I did the same but are now extremely rare and expensive. I always find it fun finding some of my childhood sets on Ebay.

Awesome! Set 14 and 9 have that classic LEGO helicopter look with that canopy design. They complement each other perfectly. Great choice!
