Hey all. Took a break from heavy work times but that going to be opening up in august.

I am jealous. Great job again on the video. Please keep up with this campaign. The terrain and figures are beautiful. I know I have mentioned that on the 5 Parsecs videos and the quality is still top tier. The only issues were game play and that will come with playing a few games. I have never videoed my games so I am not going to comment on production or anything like that, other than to say I am really enjoying what you have put out so far. Keep it up!

I didn't see you count Strand usage at any time through out the video.

p132 Scout the Area says you have to achieve the objective before round 6. It doesn't say anything about Hold the field prior to round 6. I would say you got your objective if you eliminated or chased off the enemy. IRL you would be able to look at the objectives at your leisure.

Around 22:30 you move the dog into melee combat and you didn't use Marquez for the +1Combat Bonus. p42 the ally has to be within 1". So Marquez would have been in range for the Dog's attack and the Bandit would have gotten a bonus from his leader.

Around 22:00 there was an edit problem where an earlier section showed up in the video.

Around 9:00 you allow an enemy archer to make an attack after a full move. Ranged attacks with bows can only move half move crossbows can't move at all. p31 The only AI in this game is based on the type of weapon used by the enemy (ranged/melee). It is unlikely for an archer to move into the open. Cover is everyone's friend, but when doing a ranged duel the enemy will seek cover over taking a shot in the open. p33. Valkya would not have been shot at in the first turn. Because she was out of the frame we couldn't see how far apart they were. You said, "He's out of range." So how could the enemy archer made a shot?

Don't forget story points. They are great for saving your crew.

Really cool report, I would love to see more videos coming in. Just bought the rules as well and I think I spotted some minor "mistakes"( if you want to call it that in a solo-game). At some occasions it felt like you missed the max. half move for shooters rule (may have saved your first casualty?). And I think the "melee step 4: push" was completely left out. This might in some cases have changed the dynamic a bit with supporters etc. All in all a really nice first impression of the mechanics and dynamics though! Keep up the work and awesome minis and terrain by the way! 😉

As a Gaming group of One also, I haved played and still play RoSD and love it! Hail to the Great Joe McC.!!!! lol, but I just heard about this 3rd edition today and Pre-ordered the book. I have the PDF from Mdiphious, and look forward to starting it soon. Great video and miniatures and board ! YOU Sir, actually made up my mind of my age-old dilemna of: "How the Hell do I want to do forests?!",...Not a Crafter, but I see what you did, and looks really good on the table.I hope you make more of these battlereports, and love your Paintjobs on the miniatures! When a character is hit and stunned I think he's pushed back 1" as well. So at 17:47 the guy against the stair case should have been pushed out of cover right?

Sometimes I feel the way people go down so easy is missing the ability to apply first aid. And maybe get them back on their feet or patch them up to help the medical roll later. You could easily make house rules for medics. Bad guys included. There could be a small chance like a roll of a 6 that the casualty could be brought back at reduced stat line. Then you could have a medic skill that can be applied to the medic roll too. And for characters you could have the choice of being able to bring them back into the game or getting bonus on the medic roll if you get something bad?

This game looks very cool. I may just pick up then hardback myself. I have core space which is similar in ways and of course gives me lots of compatible terrain.

I don’t have these rules but isn’t there an “overwatch” option? Where you just have someone wait and shoot if an enemy comes into view/range?

I just found out about this game but I'm seriously considering getting into it. I do have one question though, is there any way to buy better weapons and armor for your crew? Or are you just limited to Scavenging?

FAQ on the Modiphius site says that grenades, including shell gun shots, can target a spot on the ground. Which allows positioning shots to affect more targets with secondary hits if you want.

54:15 After a Stunned figure has acted, remove a Stun marker. (p. 40) You were right the first time Ember would not have been able to move then shoot.

When Vector used his first Luck point he would not have gotten a stun token. You took him out when he got two tokens.
