The Most Delicious Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe
This is a perfect loaf to make to give it away as a gift because its so beautiful in addition to being delicious. Little will they know that its actually quite easy to make. This 5 minute video will show you how to make cinnamon swirl bread. Other than waiting on the rise time it doesn't take very long to make. Let us know if you have any questions.
CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD
Recipe makes 1 loaf
Ingredients (For Dough)
4 Cups of Bread Flour
1 ½ Cups of warm water (between 100 & 110 Degrees Fahrenheit)
2 Teaspoons of Instant Yeast
2 Tablespoons of Milk Powder
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of soft butter
1 Teaspoon of Fine Salt
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
Ingredients for after First Rise (1 Hour)
Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon for ribbons of swirl
Ingredients for after Second Rise (30 Minutes)
1 egg, beaten for brushing the top
Add Sugar to top and sprinkle (Cinnamon Seasoning Blend could also be used)
Instructions
Start with adding the yeast, sugar, and warm water together and let sit for about 10 minutes (or for however long the instructions say on the yeast container). Then add all remaining ingredients with the blender on low. Knead for 5 minutes. Then transfer dough to clean bowl that has light coat of oil to prevent dough from sticking. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place (about 85 degrees). Roll out dough to a thin layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Spray very light coat of water over cinnamon and powdered sugar. Roll up and pinch seam closed with fingers. Split roll long way from one end to the other and separate. Then braid/twist the two halves together and place in your prepared bread pan. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Then brush top of loaf with the egg and then sprinkle with sugar. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Its a homemade cinnamon swirl bread recipe that is easy to make.

I would love to give you some advice on this, but it probably wouldn't be the best ;/ We just moved to our homestead in North Carolina from Florida, so we never had to insulate our chicken tractors before. Justin Rhodes live only about 15 minutes from us and I know he puts his chickens in a high tunnel for the winter. I think we will do the same. We just don't have one yet, but planning to build one before it gets too cold. Good luck! We love our tractor and it's still going strong!

I recently took the auto train from DC to Sanford and can say the experience was not as pleasant as your adventure. I booked a roomette, which was comfortable, however dinner at night was not quite as elegant as what you showed on the video. We were given a small subway sub, bag of chips and can of soda. We were told this was all they had available that day after boarding the train. The train also arrived 2 hours late which can be a little irritating especially when you have plans for a certain time.
