Brother your experience in Malaysia was not a common thing for Botswana but an experience of some of their top students who probably got there on a sponsorship degree we have those programs in Zimbabwe were we sent top students to Asia, America, Russia and so many other countries across the globe on government sponsored programs. It’s not for anyone that wants to study abroad but for the best students. One thing that stands out though is the free education and allowances , in Zimbabwe we lost that 25 years ago we had the same system. Good on them Batswana.

The youth have access to YDF 50/50 loan and grant to start or grow their businesses... In farming sector everyone with a ploughing field is given free seeds and fertilizer and government pays tractor owners to plough those fields ... We still have a long way to go in terms of better governance and creating an economy thats not dependent on diamonds and is inclusive ... We give thanks to our first president Sir Seretse Khama and his predecessor Sir Ketumile Masire on laying such a strong foundation for our current leadership to take us forward ...

Botswana is a very blessed country, and will always lead and be ahead of other African countries. Even elephants multiply faster in Botswana than any other African country. We have reserved 1/3 of our country to wildlife.🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼. But again southern Africa is more peaceful and organised than northern Africa. Thanks for the compliments. The president should hand over power to parliament three months before any election and go back to parliament to be sworn in again. The MPs I think can be voted earlier and parliament formed six months before. An they issue of just anyone becoming an MP because he is a Ghanaian and of sound mind should seriously be looked at before we get people who are not in sound mind but assumed to be because no one sees their insanity with wealth around them especially from evil gains.

Botswana is a country with a relatively small population, coupled with proper management of resources this is possible. Nigeria still subsidizes public university education till today. Haven said that, kudos to their leaders for being there for their people.
