Beyond the Protective Glass: Plasma Arc Compilation. Vintage footage Upscaled
This video demonstrates the processes associated with the use of a plasma arc in industrial applications such as welding, surfacing, and cutting. The plasma arc is created by ionizing gas passing through a narrow channel, which produces a high-temperature plasma that can be used for thermal treatment of various materials.
The video shows how the plasma arc is used for welding metal parts, surfacing materials onto the surface of parts, and cutting metal with high precision and speed.
A must-watch for anyone fascinated by the world of welding and cutting, and is sure to leave you in awe.
These were filmed back in 2003 when I was working at a company that specialized in plasma equipment, I upscaled the video to make it more enjoyable to watch today, hope you like it.

DIY Cactus Shaped Metal Base for Coffee Table Using Scrap Metal
In this video, I will show my version of recycling sheet metal scraps. This idea arose in order to reduce the cost of production of some products, the production of which left a large amount of metal waste. Everyone evaluates the expediency of this method for himself based on his own realities. From my personal experience, this niche of handmade metal furniture is quite small, but such products...
Unusual wood stove for cooking DIY + plans
In this video I will show how to make a fairly simple but effective wood stove for heating and cooking from a 1x2m sheet of metal, at the end of the video I will show drawings for making. All the main details can be made with a hand cutting tool, angle grinder, plasma cutter etc. The only round holes are the chimney and the rings in the top plate. The chimney hole can be drilled or cut with a g...
Making a concept bike that blows people's minds
Just a fun build for a weekend ride with friends. The frame design is based on my preferences for a particular project, from a practical point of view the frame should be made with a rear triangle for rigidity and use lightweight aluminum alloy as a material. This is just a concept, so please don't try to do it yourself as it's a vehicle, it could cause injury. 00:00 old bike before 00:10 disas...

you turn a beautifull retro MMVZ Minsk into an ugly bike...
Either you did not live in a camp called the Soviet Union, or you lived in it in ignorance and do not know that this "retro" bike was mass-produced in many factories, which lowered the plan for "consumer goods". It is difficult to find a landfill where this "retro" bike would not be.
@@myweldingtales I live in Bulgaria, where this bike costs about 100 euro, rusty and damaged.... Youre bike before "restoration" will be 50euro here, because it finds hard today
@@boyanovsgarage I understand, everything has its price. I bought the bike at a scrapyard for $10. After remaking it, I received several offers that pleased me more than enough, so everything is fine. And yes, we could have started a joint business if the shipping wasn't three times more expensive than the bike itself :)
Amazing
Very cool video👍
very rare and professional footage, thank you
Hey dude, great video! Just wanted to drop a comment to show support for your channel.
I really enjoyed this video! Even though it's late, I was happy to watch it and I always look forward to seeing new videos from you. Thanks for sharing! 🥰
🤠👉🚴🚲👈👉👍👍👍🙋
Build quality not good. Very cheap material use. Just demo model thinking so good.
The concepts of good, bad, expensive or cheap are empty, they need to be filled with values by making comparisons. Many things can be made from more expensive materials, such as casting a toilet out of gold. It will still remain a toilet, it will still need to be cleaned, but it will be very expensive. I am a supporter of the fact that part of the money should be spent on charity for those who have nothing and not on unnecessary benefits.

How weak is metal plate welded into square tubing compared to melted tube from factory?

make a triathlon bike or time trial bike frame
Bike Frankenstein😂👍🏻
That is a crazy, cool build! Wow! I'm surprised all these brainiac frame builders out there. Haven't come up with something like that yet. How light is it? I didn't see that in the video and it wasn't showing very well. Maybe I just got too small of a screen on my phone. Lol, that is a sick bike! Wow =]
Hello, thanks for the kind words. The frame weight was about 4 kg, I don’t remember exactly, but in the end it came out a little more, because I had to weld stiffeners inside the rear fork. In general, this is an experiment, the next one I will make from an aluminum alloy. Warmest regards.
hopefully you have a good dentist. great work. how did the angle of the steerertube an the bottombracket fine fitted perfectly?♡♡♥︎♤
nice
Genio brother, te fuiste robado 😉
The thing that blows my mind ,is that you have made a bicycle with no brakes.
Hi, I kept the original brakes in the rear hub.
Outstanding.
