He was a 1/8th member of the band,he resigned from the band and went solo,then 8 years later started using the bands name after his solo career failed Why wouldnt the others sue him?

@@kieronoddie4747 yet when he went solo hr failed miserably and cancelled dozens of shows.Besides Ub40 were about great lyrics and great music,neither of which he was particularly responsible for.That aside the important point here is hr was legally a 1/8th member and he resigned meaning he has no rights to the name,hence getting sued.

Saw them reunited in a concert in San Juan Puerto Rico, in the 90’s. Great performance
At one point the crowd got into the stage dancing around the band… then some fool stole the drummer’s hat s they stopped the music for a minute. Very disrespectful. The band was great
