Same way spurs focus developed Wemby last year they need to do the same with Castle. Give him the keys. Yea CP3 is cool and all, but Vassell just isn’t it he’s taking touches away from Castle if anything. Castle has more potential on both sides of the floor. Vassell is a good scorer but who cares that can be a sixth man’s role off the bench he won’t and doesn’t have franchise player potential. Castles potential as a franchise player paired with Wemby is the key to the spurs future and becoming a top contenders for a decade or more

He is shooting 40 percent, he averages 11 points a game, and he isn't a playmaker. If he wins ROTY this is the worst class I've seen in a decade.

Also, the Spurs are a HORRIBLE 3pt shooting squad, & Castle's primary strength right now is driving to the rim & either scoring or dishing so this team in general REALLY works against him. He does need to add that 3 ball however, thats a must to be a star in this league.

Castle is still very raw, he had a very limited role on a talented team in college & is just scratching the surface of his potential, this is a HUGE step up for him.

This video is spot on. Castle although already good is not yet a finished product and still learning the most difficult position to learn but he is learning it from CP3. He might not win ROTY but he just might end up as his batch’s best player once he cuts down on TO’s and improve his shooting %s. He is on the right team to develop those as the Spurs for decades is one of the best when it comes to player development.

Brett Brown should replace Mitch Johnson. Monty Williams should be hired when the front office finally comes clean that Pop isn't coming back. Monty is a former Spurs player and asst coach so he knows the culture. And Spurs fans better pray that the team stays healthy. Sochan is already showing that he cannot stay on the court. He and Vassell and Keldon Johnson should be traded for the all-star SF and #2 scorer that Victor and Castle need to compete next season.

Spurs were tanking last year and this year. This is the last year they can tank w/o looking obvious. Two lottery picks in 2025 will help them compete next season after half the "average" roster of players is gone.

Sabonis is almost good as Jokic, but, in the world of the media influence, even the slightest differences are decisional. It's sad from a basketball fan's perspective seeing him in a shadow of the player with similar capabilities but, at the end of the day, Sabonis probably don't really care :D

I hated the fact most people already called him a bust he is not even 25 yet he is very young and it takes time to develop he was mostly compared to Dennis Rodman and Kawhi because of the hairstyle and that he can shoot like kawhi. All what Sochan needs is to be more consistent with his shooting touches especially that he needs to improve is only his 3 point shot and his free throw shooting. His free throw shooting got more better this season it's just that his 3 point shot is a major concern as he shot below 30 in his first 3 years of his career. As of right now he is averaging 14 ppg. I only watch the spurs to see these great amazing players Wemby Castle, Vassell, Sochan, and Johnson. CP3 and Harrison Barnes are great mentors but the issue remains on their contracts Paul said he might retire in 2026 or 2027 and barnes may not resign with this team when his contract expires and so the spurs need to pull a trigger to make a trade for them.
