Interesting. I learned to fly in 1987/88 on PA-28’s but have preferred microlight flying for no other reason than the sheer joy of being up there. I quickly lost interest when my flying school were encouraging Night Rating, IMC, Twin and so on. Who needs that sh1t when you can just enjoy being up there.
