I’ve watched this video a few times, and I still can’t get my head around how you explain the process for the rear 😅 the way I’m currently doing this is axle stand each side for safety and then I’ve taken the weight of the rear axle with a jack and once I’ve got the bolts out I was gently lower it until the springs are free. Hopefully should be fine?

Helping someone do this and they have the same problem and just a bit of advice the intake you installed is worse than the OEM why well 1 the OEM is actually a cold air intake yours is breathing in hot air 2 how yours is connected it is restricting the air flow ideally you want it the airflow smooth so your better off buying a performance air filter that fits in the OEM air filter box

The Viva/Karl was made for 5 years (2015 -2019).

It looks like you have piggy-backed onto the front speakers in parallel, not series. To do series you would need to disconnect one terminal from the radio to a front speaker, run the wires from the rear, and connect one free end to the removed front speaker wire and the other to the radio terminal. In parallel, the radio needs to deliver the extra current for two speakers each side.

Clickbait ... It's an easy job doing these bushes, his mate probly did the bushes cos he's useless at spannering, much like doing a video & editing himself out of it.

I prefer the old exhaust tbh

In the middle of replacing my whole exhaust system from front to back, i got the centre plate off, the two front bolts up at the front look a nightmare, something that should be nice and easy turns into the worst, wish me luck.

Can i take off the Volume Knob off without disassembling the whole unit? It seem really hard if the unit is in the dashboard but yours is just fell off when you hold the frond face only with the board..! Please respond, i want to clean the contact inside but can't do it with the Volume knob in place..

I know it's a long time ago now, but did you have to remove that cross piece just forward of the petrol tank, that the centre pipe goes over the top of? On mine, the nuts n bolts holding the cross-section in place are badly corroded and I doubt I'll successfully remove them...

I noticed you didn't use the metal insulator and anti squeak pad that sits on the bottom of the spring on the front shocks, do you think these parts matter or have you had any squeaks/knocks etc since fitting it like this? I'm doing this job in the next couple of weeks so I want to know if these extra parts are worth buying.

Very useful video and it has everything we need. I recently bought a carl from 2018 with R300BT, and I was so much surprised when I realized that it doesn't have the rear speakers. Thanks for the instructions! By the way, for those who want to switch R300 to R300BT: sound quality over bluetooth is not really perfect, but it's much better when you use a usb stick. Can't say anything about AUX because R300BT doesn't have aux input. So I would consider installing Android multimedia, that has bluetooth, usb, aux and all 6 audio outputs at once

How do you remove door mirror?

Very poor video, didn't show the removal of the bushes, and poor camera work.

Take out the headliner and paint it with emultion using a scrubbing brush and tooth brush. Also before spraying the pillar plastic use a 120 grit sand paper then spray it. Test it first on the back of plastic and when dry scrape it with finger nails if it doesnt peel Jobs a gooden. Plus looks best not touching the sunvisors etc just paint the edge trim and headliner. Wow this is a mission on my skoda fabia they on the side much easier took me no time to change them and the only thing to remove was the clips holding on the cable

I tried to get mine off today bolts would not budge they need grinding off. Ended up cutting backbox off ( cut it slightly too short ) so bodged it together with gum gum metal tape and 2 exhaust clamps it doesn’t leak or blow so far 🤣🤣

dude you just saved me, this is exactly i low id want mine to be, but i bought -35 at front and -40 at the rear which i was planning to have it fitted asap, which wouldnt have went down well with the front and side splitters as that would be super low and impractical, Im gonna have to get the -30s just like you. thankyou! The lowest ive been quoted was £120 to fit them all tho :(

Look great! Unfortunately DMB lost their license with Ford. In regards to the issue with the gel badge eventually peeling away, I wrapped the badge black which they still supply and superglued a third party on top so can be taken off when wanting to return to stock :)
