in my opinion for the price Yes it is good for airsoft beginners, but do not forget that You can buy more expensive replica which can perform better out of box. anyway i love my delta armory alpha mk18 and right now i have upgraded it with perun hybrid, more torqy motor, better inner barrel(prometheus), bucking and nub.

yes, you are right the stock is coated. Actualy i am satisified with out of box accuracy even with BLS bbs(i am using 0,48g). which weight of bbs do You use?

@ I ran .46g for a long while and it was incredibly smooth. The issue is, any weight above .40 is impossible to find around here without getting them from the Novritsch site - so I’ve been using .40g from another brand. While it can still lob them well, every few rounds have some sort of issue.

Well it depends also on replica. I have a&k sr25 replica which uses v2.5 with long style motor, but there may exist replica which could differ and i do not know about it. For example i am used to rule that v2 use long style motor and v3 short style, but my cyma mp5k has v3 gearbox and use longstyle with adapter. So my answer -generaly yes, but there may be some exception which i do not know about. Which replica do you have?

There is sticker on it claiming- 1J max (1J~325fps with 0,2g bb) and it gives 300fps~0,85J. That is completly ok in my opinion 🙂 it was aprox.20°C if it would be 30 it would get to those 1J... on plenty of fields is 1J limit for cqb so with this pistol you are completly safe. What would you do if your gbb would be hot for field?🙂 anyway i consider gbb sidearms as secondary for buildings or cqb and for 20m~67ft is this performance enough 🙂 more important is if you can hit or no thus accouracy and grouping, do you agree?

It helds up ok. But i am not using it. I dont like the side rail, and fact that you need to have adapter for use of some proper optics. It looks good, it feels great but for me it is just part of collection, i do not consider it for any airsoft game

@@n3xt_ger yes, you can remove mic with its cable-it has jack on the end. But i think you cannot remove main cable.

well i needed to adjust it a bit(remove bit of material from wood). But generaly Your logic is good, overall dimensions are similar. But because i had to remove bit of material from handguard in order to fit, then maybe e&l handguard on specna AK may be little bit wobbly... I have not tried it this way so i cant really say, i am sorry

@@michalopaleny9553 mine goes inside easily. Be carful in order not to break the loading nozzle-in case like this insert the mag into the pistol with slide locked in back position. After insert release the slide and you are good to go-with no risk of damadge to the lips of mag or loading nozzle. Mine umarex glock mag does not want to go inside easily and also ssp18mags into ssp18

Thank You! Well, frankly speaking i do not know, because i do not have full paintball mask. With airsoft goggles and mesh mask it is uncomfortable-sights are too low.. so i think paintball mask will be similar. With ris adapter and red dot it could be ok

as per my knowledge, you are right. I do not have experience with hi-end airsoft replicas so maybe they shoot better. but i do not think that there will be significant difference for out of box performance. ofcourse accuracy and grouping will be better after tuning(for example more precise hop up unit with TDC, hi-end inned barrel, hpa...) but not as good as i would call it reliable to hit each shot because bb is still "too light" flying relatively long time - so the effect of enviroment(wind) is still too siginificant.

for me 20 clicks are not enough too, especialy for fine tuning for long distances.

@@airsoftfantom Yeah, with 2,4J and 0.45g BBs, I usually sat around the middle mark of the HU adjustment. I played with a slight underhop at 40-50m, because one click more resulted in a big inconsistent overhop (the BB hit around 30cm too high at that range) The Tridos 2.0 TDC has nearly 60 clicks and is brutally consistent from what I saw and heard.

I really dont know. Airsoft supressor is definitely needed on short barrel replicas such as mp5k which is loud as hell and supressor helps it much or even on mk18 but my ssg10 does not sound that loud... i have not tried to supress it yet cause i didnt felt it is needed. But many guys run it supressed so maybe it helps...

Earmors are actual headphones, they magnify quit sounds and You can connect Your radio to them. If You will connect any source of music then You can listen to music, but You must use audio adapter as earmors use some kind of mil spec connector.

System is completly same for all motors, i was just swaping motors so comparison is correct. Yes i could have gained some rpm if i used battery with deans, but it should not affect new motors as they are stronger so they should pull less amps compared to the original weaker motor. Anyway the replicas are wired with deans, i used transfer cable to connect the tamiya battery. I usualy run these replicas with lipo battery with deans but those batteries are of better quality and i wanted to make test on very common 11,1V 20C 1100mAh battery, for that reason i used it.

You can unplug the mic cable from headset and it looks You can remove whole MIC assembly if You really try. But cable for PTT looks like it is hardwired inside, so You can not unplug it.

I am sorry I can not compare as I have never tested the GPM92. My GPM92 GP2 is shooting around 290-300fps with 0,2g BBs.

On my AK74 J series I still have original wooden hand guard, so I am sorry I do not know. but I have one spare handguard from CYMA, so when I will try it I will write You

It is difficult for me to give recommendation, because i am little bit biased towards ar15 platform which serve me well over years. But if you are fan of p90 then it might be great replica for start-it is light, it shoots 40 - 50m what is enough for beginning, only difficulty may be carrying the spare mags which are long, but if you like it i think this may be good for start, do not forget to clean barrel from time to time, it has effect on accuracy

it heavily depends on Your game style. I am spending very little of BBs compared to my team mates, for example I am spending 400-600 BBs during 4 hours long gameplay with AEG, I am trying to shoot when there is chance of hit, but somebody can spend 1000-2000 BBs for that time period. But I can say that when You can shoot without thinking it is more fun and thinking about bbs in mag can make Your game frustrating. You can manage to play with 1 mag in the gun and eventualy refill during game with BB loader, but it will be extremly difficult. I recommend to carry at least 3pcs of P90 spare mags, each of them will take around 65-68 BBs. I carry 3 spare mags for my M4 each with capacity of 130 BBs... Between hits I usualy spend one or two mags.

it totaly depends on Your preferences. If You like P90 it will be great airsoft replica for beginning and You can also manage the situation with mags. But You are right M4 mags are take less space and are cheaper and there are plenty of them. For me the choice was AR15 platform, because there are so many parts, accessories and gadgets for it. I am sorry I have never tested Firehawk, I have just seen it on e-shops and I am afraid it is little bit under powered for outdoors, so You would lack range. Battery - it the airsoft replica is stock and does not have mosfet or ETU(electronic trigger unit) or some processor unit then You should go to NiMH batteries - there is lower chance that You will burn anything. If You have high spec replica or it is equiped with mosfet/etu/processor unit then the best choice is 11,1V Lipo. But 11,1V Lipo can fry something in You electrical circuit of replica if it was not LIPO ready what You do not know until You try... P90 has 9,6V Nimh battery in package and it is enough for one game. if i can recommend anything - with replica buy also proper smart charger - it is safe and batteries will last, with chargers which are included in package Your batteries will die soon and there is also risk of burning them...
