Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i - First Viewing session
Words can not describe just how excited I am to use the Skywatcher Star Adventurer 2i and start really focusing on some deep sky astrophotography
.
The video wasn't as long as I would have liked it to be, although I am planning on getting another video out that goes into more detail about the Star tracker, and making some tutorial videos.

I'm back! After a month of cloud and terrible weather the skies finally cleared up for one evening. . Enjoy the video, the forecast is showing cloudy and rain for this rest of this week and next week :( . Can I buy this telescope?
Ur watching the andromeda galaxy 2.5m years ago:)
there is andromeda galaxy
That was very underwhelming
presuming the collimator is also inline already!!!
Thats not andromeda
Hi, can anyone tell me please which telescope this is
Omg❤❤ creator🔥 of universe
Imagine somebody was there
It’s humbling to imagine that their perspective of us is as alien to us as ours might be to them! An Andromedan civilization would likely have a completely different cultural, linguistic, and symbolic context.
Anticlimactic as hell😂
That music!!?? 😬
Wait is it only like computer generated or are you able to see it with your own eyes threw the hole
Ypu can see it through your own eyes. This looks like raw footage. I have an 8" as well. To see mars I have to be up earlyyyy which i haven't done but I'm sure I could see it in a rural ish area like here with a focal extender and something like a 8-14 mm eyepiece.
Why do you sound like Boba Fett?
It's ai voice
cheers excellent video
Hope, I deserve much more through buying my watching time at an A1 observatorium elsewhere on the internet... regards...
Hey but how you do that without tracking Mount 😮
Nice! But how did you track it?
A Star tracker
Thanks bro that was a fantastic video
doubt it
hey what eyepiece where you using?,i am getting one of these telescopes for christmas and i want to know if this is how it looked with a 25 mm eye piece.
So someone tell me with a dobsonian 8 you can see the polar ice caps on Mars, is this true?
How did u achieve prime focus in dobsonian,??
i really dont know, i guess i got lucky with this shot because i have never done it since, only with a tracker
My dad have the same telescope
Ic 1101
Awesome ❤❤❤❤
So, the thing you are watching is probably how it was millions years ago because of how far away it is right?
Correct
man the 8" is that big?
It’s okay bro my dslr is almost always dead too
Which telescope do you have? The resolution is really poor
Thanks. But how can uou be sure the secondary is correctly aligned with the focuser ?
hey mate, i just got a question. what equipment did you use for this, correct me if im wrong but by the looks of it its just a standard extending camera adapter connected to a barlow lens, but im having trouble focusing mine, any suggestions?
Bro same if you have suggestions lmk
@@boofer4756 hey so I figured it out, I was having trouble making it not so blurry and I found the best way to do so is by getting Saturn in frame, using your cameras digital zoom to get close and refine the focus even more, let me know if you have any other issues
Could you tell me please how much is a telescope like this.?
Hi i have de the same telescope its an skywatcher 200/1200 it cost around 400 € its amzing for beginner end more
@ayoub8541 thankyou so much ❤️
I can't imagine the galaxy looks so small.
I’m you look closely you can see the Triangulum Galaxy
That image is so crisp! Beautiful shot of the moon!
The secondary mirror cannot be collimated with a laser! If it rotates in two planes, it will target the center of the primary mirror, but it won't be anywhere near the line it should be. Therefore, it is collimated through a small opening on the "cap with a hole in the middle", or on a hand collimator so that all three primary holders are visible. Another problem with the laser is that it "wobbles" a little in the focuser, so depending on how it is positioned and how we clamp it, it hits different points on the primary mirror. Only the primary mirror can be collimated with a laser (after manual collimation of the secondary), but even then only after we clamp it in the focuser so that it hits the center of the primary. Unfortunately, it would be easier if it wasn't like that, but who asks us...
Seeing that from a refractor telescope id wildly crazy!!!!
Andromeda galaxy 🌌
We see it how it was 2.500.000 years ago because light cant travel at so much speed
This is really amazing. If you don't mind sharing, what camera are you using? Thank you!
My laser dot of massive and not small and sharp?
Doesn't really look too hot. 8" and the cost should be better
Do you have any electronic tracking on your dob?
how did u maneg to get focus on dobsonian ?
Saludos de Buenos Aires
That's incredible.
Feel the music 😮❤
Nothing special about qualty to see
Is that Sky-Watcher Skyliner 200P?
