I have a Yonana too!!!! I love it. Girl…. I have metal shelving put up with a shower curtain zip tied around it as my pantry!!!! It works but this place doesn’t have an actual pantry so I had to create something.

I have a 4 day leftover rule. If it’s sitting there longer than 4 days it goes in the trash. I don’t have any animals to feed it to nor do I compost. I just don’t trust leftovers after 4 days. Seems like those stuffed peppers were day 1 so for me, that mixture would be past its use by time.

My mom used to put the pork chops on a baking pan, add salt and pepper, then carefully spoon a can of cream of mushroom soup onto the pork and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for an hour (maybe less if they are thin). Then she served with potatoes usually. I always enjoyed that. I’ve done it as well, but not for ages! My husband often cooks them on the grill with seasoning. You can also fry them in a pan. I have also cut them up and made anything from stir-fry to sweet and sour pork with them. Or green chili (like chicken chili with pinto beans only with pork chunks) Becky

I have a citrus juicer electric counter top variety It does all citrus I paid 15 off Amazon for it

If this happens again you can put some instant potatoes in to thicken it.

Helpful tip - You should flip you knife the other way around when sliding stuff off your cutting board. Using the blade side will dull your knives.

Absolutely genius, the meals you are preparing on a tight budget, they all look delicious and this one is no exception. The dogs are adorable and like my cats they come around when they get a whiff of good food cooking. Its a homey feeling with the family and pets roaming around somewhere in the background. You talk about wanting to be skinny and loose weight, .....You need to completely change your diet. Get rid of all the processed foods, processed meats, seed oils, any foods with natural and artificial flavors, foods with dyes in them., Rule of thumb is if you can read and understand the ingredients then don't buy it. Switch to whole foods and incorporate more fruits and veggies.

I love how you can just make a meal out of anything

I made shrimp scampi in garlic butter, with Crawfish tail meat. Rice and garlic bread. I can feel my arteries Hardening but it's so good.

I have taken a can of diced tomato , drained it and used them on tacos nacho's etc.

I do that for me and hubbs we have no kids. I try use items from what we have then rest be like add on's
