Can you explain plz why there is no power factor at HV side??

Something getting wrong!! When you short the LV Phase R Y B,not neutral & applied 450-460 volt on HV you get 5.25 amp on LV side & there you got load losses,it is impossible to feed 139.13 amp on LV side
