Probably one of the best and most influential books I’ve read from the early 1980’s, and still have a copy in my library. Helped me get thru college and my early career.Tony Robbins took these ideas and ran with them. Well worth the read/listen.👍👍

The new age bull$h!¥ in the intro is useless and hurtful for men. Women and men are not and SHOULD NOT be 50/50. We are entirely different beings. The average man has 20x more testosterone than a female, different genitals, different bone structure. We as a society must stop saying men and women are similar, it’s a myth.

49 Insist Practice and Growth. I like this because it reaches out to me, and it can to any Man. It can make so much sense if a Man disciplines himself. This specific phrases definitely shows how we, Men, can do just that. "Reaching out, fixing our addictions" "Our imperfections and stop Mastirbation" are all great advices.
